Beautiful and spacious princess playhouse! My daughter absolutely loves it. It took a little time to smooth out the wrinkles, but it was definitely worth it. Great quality and looks amazing. Highly recommend!

I cant give this max stars. I'd love to, but honestly I am a bit frustrated about it. The first issue when it arrived, it was missing some poles, the company did right and sent an entirely new tent as a replacement, that was awesome!! However, the poles are a huge issue, they bend/snap/break so easily, even from very little resistance. My kids going in and out of the tent bent upper ones/side ones, some completely snapped. It lasted 6 months before too many poles has snapped, been taped together etc before they snapped in points where it was impossible to fix. I ended up having to get rid of it because the kids can no longer play in it. I am disappointed that it didn't last as long asi hoped it would.

Once I finally figured out how to put it together it was great! Wish the instructions were clearer. It only had pictures which were very misleading. The product it great! She plays in it everyday! The lights are a great touch!

I purchased this for my 7-year-old daughter, who is 48 inches tall. I was so excited to see that the tent stands 53 inches high and is about 5 feet wide, so she has plenty of space to stand and play. After getting it set up, my daughter absolutely loved it. It's everything she wanted - great quality, great size, even came in a pretty color. Then we realized the star lights were broken. Was it the end of the world? Not at all. But we were a little disappointed. I found the contact information for the company, reached out via email that evening, and received a response & resolution the very next morning. They sincerely apologized and promised to stand by their 1-year warranty to replace any broken parts. I assumed they would mail us a replacement strand of lights, since that was our only request. Instead, they sent an entire new tent set up - including new lights, with expedited shipping. I was so appreciative for the kindness and support of the company, that they truly did honor their customer satisfaction guarantee. It was a pleasure speaking with their representative, and we had a completely hasssle-free resolution to our issue. My grand daughter loves her tent. I bought a thick circular cushion to go inside it and she now sleeps in her tent amongst the stars. It was easy to put together.
