How long do they last once applied? How often do you need to reapply?

I've use these wipes for three fishing trips to northern Minnesota. I've applied once in the morning and once again in the afternoon. Have been very happy with the results!

are the wipes individually wrapped? 1 per pouch?

Yes, one per pouch. Will cover your entire body neck to ankles but wipe fast, it evaporates. Or you can split one wipe for two people if only doing exposed arms and neck.

Are these marked with a "best if used by" date? If so, how far out is it?

I've bought several boxes of these, and I've never seen an expiration date. I just checked the ones I have. I'm still using ones from summer of 2021 and they are effective. I do not like spraying repellant around my face and neck. so these are great.

Do these have a strong scent?

No, the smell is not noticeable.
