Not sure if it’s worth the price. Time will tell. Magnets are strong, which is good and bad since it makes it difficult for a smaller dog to use. Update: 10/3/2022 It’s been a few months and these magnets are superior in strength and the material is stronger than I anticipated. My pup is 60lbs and gives this door a workout. I will be purchasing this item again to ensure a backup as it’s exceeded my expectations for the price. Would highly recommend. 12/15/2023 Still going strong and working good as new. I ordered another one for the other side of my screened porched. Changing my rating from 4 stars to five. I HIGHLY recommend this item. Review: Highly recommend - This is the 2nd Magnador we have purchased. We had the first one for 10-15 years until it finally broke. This is a great product and we highly recommend it. It holds up well to the use by the large dogs we have had over the years. We have had german shepherd mix dogs, border collie mix, beagle and now have a couple of border collie/catahoula mixed pups and the door holds up to them all. It even withstands high winds and stays closed. Again, in our opinion, this is a great product! ## Features - FREEDOM: The Magnador Two-Way Pet Door gives your pet complete come-and-go freedom. The heavy duty magnet keeps the door closed with 30 to 40 times greater holding power than standard magnets, while the close fit between the swinging panel and frame keeps out unwanted pests, bugs critters, and debris. - SECURE: The screw-type locking knobs secure the Two-Way Pet Door for entry or exit, plus the integrated locking knobs eliminate misplaced or damaged sliding panels or covers. - DURABLE: The simple-to-install Two-Way Pet Door is made of durable, high-impact polystyrene that is resistant against chewing and hard use. - GREAT FOR: With a frame measuring 13?L x 15 ??H, the Two-Way Pet Door by Magnador is perfect for installation in your house, garage, basement, barn, kennel, or dog house if you have a pet between 20-50 lbs. - INSTALLATION: To install the Magnador Two-Way Pet Door, you will need a pencil, masking tape, straight edge, phillips screwdriver, exterior caulk, ? and ? drill bits, an electric drill, and a saber saw. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B009ZV8HZK | | Best Sellers Rank | #275,072 in Pet Supplies ( See Top 100 in Pet Supplies ) #907 in Dog Doors | | Brand | Plaza Enterprises Inc | | Brand Name | Plaza Enterprises Inc | | Closure Type | Magnetic | | Color | White | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 out of 5 stars 65 Reviews | | Dog Breed Size | Large | | Frame Material | Polystyrene | | Manufacturer | Plaza Enterprises Inc | | Manufacturer Part Number | PD3HD | | Material | Polystyrene | | Material Type | Polystyrene | | Size | 13x19.75" | | Target Audience | Dogs | | UPC | 023998110315 | | Unit Count | 1.78 Square Feet | | Weight Capacity Maximum | 50 Pounds | | Weight Limit | 50 Pounds | ## Product Details - **Size:** 13x19.75" - **Brand:** Plaza Enterprises Inc - **Color:** White - **Material:** Polystyrene - **Weight Limit:** 50 Pounds ## Images ![Revival Animal Health Dog Door - Magnador Two-Way Pet Door Mag I Heavy Duty White Large - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/316KBmdouIL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Functions as advertised. *by A***T on June 23, 2022* Like: easy to install, magnets are strong so provide security for my screened porch Dislike: material doesn’t seem like it will hold up for too long. Love the abiity to lock the door either way (from them going out or them coming in). Very sturdy and even my big dog hasn't damaged this door after many years of use. Bought to more as we added other entrances to other houses. Best brand around compared to others I have tried, lasts way longer - way tougher if you have big dogs running in an out all the time. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/16058900-revival-animal-health-dog-door-magnador-two-way-pet-door](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/16058900-revival-animal-health-dog-door-magnador-two-way-pet-door) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
