Did get an original product. Was pretty easy to install and value for money (I feel). Is replacement for an old battery that died on me after 6 years of service. Battery charge will depend upon what power configurations you have on your individual laptop and for what you use. These types of batteries don't take kindly to overcharging and/or heat primarily, so don't leave the charger plugged in all the time and ensure enough ventilation and cooling. Performance is good, and I hope it remains that way for a long time to come.

great packaging, seems like an original product, matches with my 10years old battery that i took out from my dell inspiron 15 5567. Installed it yesterday and the backup is good for a new battery, lets see how it performs in future

I’m writing this review to warn others about my experience with this seller. I delayed posting this because I genuinely tried to resolve the issue first—but all my efforts went in vain. I reached out to both Amazon and the seller multiple times, and unfortunately, no one provided any real support. At this point, I’m not expecting a resolution. I simply want others to be aware. I purchased a Dell battery from this seller. Initially, it worked fine for about 1–2 months, but then the performance started dropping significantly. Since I was outside India at the time, I couldn’t take immediate action. Now, the situation has worsened - the battery has swollen, which is not just a defect but also a serious safety concern. I have attached images showing the barcode and the swollen battery as proof. Please be cautious. I strongly recommend purchasing batteries only from authorized Dell stores. Avoid buying from sellers on Amazon, as it may cost you more in the long run not just financially, but also in terms of safety.

The battery received was Dell WDX0R 3-Cell rechargeable battery. The product was as per the product description in the listing. The first time full charge lasted to almost 4 hours. Hope the battery life and health sustains for long time. Please note The battery was manufactured in 2022 and packed in 2025. Received in Dell card board packing and inside was with foam protection. Will leave a long term usage feedback and review later after testing and usage

Battery is original and as per sticker, it was imported by Dell India from China. Deducting 1 star for it being an old item. As per sticker, it was imported in March 2021. However it was in original pack and wasn't opened before. Bios detected it as original and showing excellent health. My laptop: Inspiron 5570

BATTERY HAS BEEN PERFORMING EXCELLENT AFTER A YEAR OF USE. I ALMOST USE MY LAPTOP 24*7. BATTERY IS CAPABLE OF HOLDING CHARGE AS IF IT IS NEW. eASY 3-4 HOURS OF CHARGE LEFT AFTER FULL CHARGE. EXCELLENT- WORTH EVERY PENNY.

I thought by buying an official Dell-product, i would be sure of a quality-product. Not so , it was a bad working (old?) battery which lasted only 10min, and recharging was already necessary. Disappointment!
