Discharge Valve Part Number: 00631199 for Bosch Dishwasher

Original Bosch quality replacement Discharge Valve. Solved the E19 Error Code issue. Easy to replace with the help of a couple of YouTube videos. Perfect.

Fits and works as expected

Turn machine off and unplug! Left side (facing dishwasher door) off. Two screws at the front, one at the rear (Series 2 Dishwasher). You will see the Discharge Valve at the bottom right corner facing the machine side on. Put towels on the floor to catch the water! Push blue clip at the right rear of the contact to remove the power source. Twist the valve clockwise towards you, and wriggle out. Some water will now flow out. Make sure the red end is out, also the O ring does not remain behind. Pop new valve in, make sure it seats properly (Screwdriver behind the valve to give it a gentle lever) and then turn valve anticlockwise to seat the tabs. Put the side back on and replace screws. Plug in, turn on. Run machine on empty to test for leaks. Takes all of 15 minutes to do. Quick delivery on the part and a decent price too!

I have a 5 year old Bosch integrated dishwasher - had the error E19. the info suggested replacing this valve. fortunately the dishwasher is currently freestanding so only 1 screw and panel to remove to access the value, 10 mins to replace and DW working perfrectly now!

It fixed the problem finally. It's not 100% fit because of the black cover. And a bit thicker than <1mm in the front part. I need to do a little bit DIY job. Luckily, it helps. Now, completed 4 cycles.

Fixed my E19 error on my Series 6 dishwasher. Watched some YouTube videos. Make sure to have a flannel underneath and release the bulk of water by turning it not quite fully open first, you'll see the water level in the labyrinth drop a lot. There will still be a little water left after that you need to catch with a flannel to avoid then getting E15 which will require taking the door and front off the machine!

Part arrived on time. Have plenty of towels ready when you detach the old part as I had a fair amount of water to contend with once it was removed. Perhaps you’ve sussed a slicker way to effect the repair? Part doesn’t slot is as easily as some of the YouTube videos suggest. Make sure the lugs at the rear of the part engage in their slots as the front lugs do or you won’t get a watertight seal. Otherwise, all straightforward and call out charges avoided.
