Review: Great quality, repackaging is the norm - I was hesitant to buy this product after reading reviews about the flour being repackaged. However, this seems to be the norm across all Italian cooking supplier websites, as the paper bag shown appears to be the 55-lb bag, which obviously must be broken down for the small quantity available here. My flour arrived well-sealed in a clear bag, with a label, expiration date, supplier name and location, and proper processing disclosures. It seemed fresh and created the most wonderful lasagne noodles! Can't wait to try making other kinds of pasta with it. Highly recommended.

Excellent flour for pasta or pizza. The flour is ground so finely that it doesn't feel like ordinary flour but rather like silken, liquid in a plastic bag. When you hold the bag, it flows just like it's water. Delicious texture. BUY IT.
