Go natural Way and Natural alternatives
Nice and Fancy words for pre biotic and pro biotics. Although it is good but we don't require these supplements which are done through marketing influence. JEat Curd, pickle, idli, veggies and Fruits which grows surroundings your environment. These are biotics don't go for these supplements. These products has limitations. Try to go with natural ways of alternatives.

If you have a weak guy then this product will help. It has a mix of probiotics and probiotics strains in a single capsule. So that helps. Also each bottle has 60 capsules which I think is an ideal number. Regular use will help support your gut.
