Praxis II Principles of Learning and Teaching: Early Childhood (0621) Exam Secrets Study Guide: Praxis II Test Review for the Praxis II: Principles of ... (PLT) (Mometrix Secrets Study Guides)

I was able to pass my Praxis 5621 exam (yay!), but unfortunately it was not thanks to this book's totality. To ensure that I studied the correct content, I did have to use the Praxis registration site to find a better study guide. I was seriously better off using the study guide I found on the Praxis website (which is free to download and print) and using Google to find the information I needed to study rather than solely relying on this Mometrix book.Now don't get me wrong; there was some information that was included in this text that was useful and it explained it in great detail. Plus it included a practice test and a website to access additional resources. I just feel like this particular text had some unnecessary information that was not on the actual 5621 exam (and it is a waste of time studying). However the information is nice to learn and it can be useful once you begin working in the classroom.If you are interested in purchasing this text, just be aware that additional study guides are STRONGLY recommended to use if you want to be successful in passing the Praxis 5621 exam. I feel like if I solely used this book to prepare myself, I probably would not have gotten a good score on the exam.

This book helped me pass the Praxis II: Principles of Learning and Teaching: Early Childhood exam with flying colors. I ordered the same book to help me pass the Early Childhood content knowledge Praxis II exam. The book was a huge help. I highly recommend it.

This product is a complete rip off. The study materials are sloppy, poorly organized and many sections repeat themselves or cover the same exact material worded slightly differently in later sections. I found several examples of poor editing (did anyone proof read this thing?) and many topics in the practice exam aren't covered at all in the study section (Bloom's Taxonomy??). There is no structure, no charts for different learning models or bullet points, just paragraph after paragraph. The table of contents lacks subsections to break down all the information included in each larger section which makes it messy. I am very unhappy with this product.

This book has really helped me to prepare for my Praxis II Exam. From the test taking secrets to the practice exam, this book has been so helpful!

This study guide goes more in-depth than any of my textbooks. I haven't taken the test yet but I feel very confident that I will pass with this book.

There were tons of spelling mistakes and errors in the books. The information was useful but the quality of the book made me feel uneasy. The test was easy though.

It was recommended to me by my professor, because of the knowledge it contains. It is prearing me for passing the Praxis II test.

Great way to reveiw and prepare for the test. The only problem I had was getting the free CD. The site was expired..
