How long do the results last?

Hi there. Not too sure about this because I tried one of them on the sole of each foot overnight. They left the bottom of both feet so sticky, it took me ages to remove the stickiness. So I just threw the rest of the foot pads away. I have tried others which have been okay. Maybe you need to try them just to see how they work for you. Sadly they did not work well for me.

Do the pads get lighter the more you use it due to toxins already removed or will it always remain black, if so how will I know I have done enough?

can they relieve shoulder pain?

A good possibility as I usually wake 2 or 3 times a night at least, with leg and foot cramp but don't seem to when I use the foot pads nightly. Try them and let me know....
