Starts my maxima sr instantly with a completely bad battery and is able to jump it multiple times on a single charge, theres absolutely no reason to have jumper cables now adays when theres products like this. My car requires high energy levels to start it up for reference and this jumper provides more then enough power. I wouldnt be surprised if this thing could start up a 18 wheeler. Its small, light weight and very powerful. I think everyone should have something like this in their car, its not that expensive and is really beneficial when your in the dreaded situation where your car wont start. The quality for everything is great and unexpected for the price.

This little guy packs a punch! I have started two different V6 vehicles (3.5L and 3.8L) a total of 4 times on one charge and this is still showing almost a full charge (3 out of 4 leds are still lit). This is super small (small enough to put in most glove boxes). I got it 50% off, for $35. Best $35 I ever spent! Super simple to use; connect it to the battery, turn the jump pack on with the one button it has, and start the car. Super portable, great value, and has plenty of power!

I have to admit that I luckily have not had the opportunity to use it yet. My car is still starting on its own. However my car battery is getting old and I wanted this as a safeguard in the event the car doesn't start. I gave this product a rating of 4 stars because initially the first one I received wasn't able to charge fully. SO I contacted customer service and Alisa was very helpful and after a few emails, she sent me a new charger. So I am very happy about the way it was handles. Once I actually use the product and it works I probably would up my review to 5 stars. It seems easy to use and the price was reasonable.

I would give these a 10 star if it was optional. We have bought five of these for everyone in my household. Plus extended family members have bought several for all of their family members also. My son just got his for Christmas this year. cannot say enough about these. Anything that we have that has had a completely dead battery it is cranked with no issue I would highly recommend these to anyone that needs a small compact jump start for their vehicle. I have bought several other jump starts that are big bulky and will not crank a dead battery. But this one will.

TLDR: 4 stars because the first one I received didn't work, but customer service was great and a replacement one they sent me worked well. My Mazda Cx-5’s battery wouldn’t start the car after the car wasn’t driven for a few weeks. I’ve had this jump starter for a year for emergencies and finally had a chance to use it! The jump starter was fully charged. I tried using this jump starter but it didn’t work (engine just turned over once like it had been doing without the jump starter connected) and the jump starter had an error that from the manual looks like “the jump starter may not start a car of this displacement.” The CX-5 has a relatively small engine. I was able to start my car by jumping it from another vehicle. Edit: I contacted the manufacturer who agreed to send me a new one as it was under 2 year warranty. Their customer service was very professional, efficient, and kind. Hoping the new one works if I ever need it! Another Edit: I needed it--and the replacement jump starter worked very well.
