Bought theses for walking my husky on the snow and ice even in muddy fields I felt confident wearing them that I would not slip but absolutely gutted the rubber broke after 4 times wearing them the grip is amazing but quality poor

Thought I was replacing my grips like for like . My old ones had worn out , lasted a couple of winters & were great . These look the same but the so called rubber on these is not good . They slip on my shoes as I’m walking, so the grips end up in the wrong place & not doing the job .

I’m a size 8 and there are 2 sizes covering size 8. I went for the larger of the 2 and found that at times there was movement of the cleats. I’d maybe order both sizes and keep the ones best fitting. For running and waking on ice these were great. It was a very good grip and never slipped. Be aware that wearing these means you should stay away from hard surfaces. Work great on either grass or snow and ice and not good at all on pavements or roads

Wore them once on my 1.4 mile "daily exercise" circuit. One came off partly. I put it back on hoping that was just a blip. Wore again next day for second time. Three-quarters of the way round I found they had both come off without me noticing. I had no time to go back and search only to retrieve something which is almost worthless so a complete waste of money. On the plus side they work very well when in situ and they come with a complete set of new studs which would be useful if you could keep them on your shoes long enough for the studs to wear out. I am an experienced backpacker having walked thousands of miles and know what I am talking about. Items for this purpose should stay put and not need monitoring every few yards to ensure they are still there.

They do work. I ordered for a size 45 but ended in M not even close...but im already in the artic .returning it will takes weeks for replacement or refund...so the heel part is on my foot arch....

Utiliser dernièrement sur sol gelé et enneigé, fonctionnent très bien. J’ai perdu un seul clou sur une semaine d’utilisation quotidienne mais on en a plusieurs de rechange. Fini les raquettes sur les petits sentiers un régal, tellement pratique je conseille vraiment.

Pratique pour éviter de glisser sur le verglas et permet de marcher facilement dans la neige épaisse . Par contre, il faut bien placer les élastiques sinon ils ont tendance à glisser des chaussures . En cas de marche alternée sur du goudron/neige, les picots peuvent se défaire mais un kit de picots supplémentaires est fourni dans la boite
