I always research before making purchases on Amazon as I did with this item..I really like the way this shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling, clean but not like it was stripping the color out. It felt clean and soft. Would buy again and cost effective. I was not gifted this for a review so this is an honest review.

When I first received these I immediately loved the smell, which to me was a great first impression because it usually is difficult for me to find a shampoo and conditioner with such a pleasing scent. Upon first use, I noticed that the hair catcher in my bathtub was filling up but I didn't think it was the product or even my hair and was just a build up from my mom or something who may have recently used it and forgot to clean it out. Upon second use the same thing happened right away, and afterwards I checked that it was a huge chunk of my hair that fell out! It is not normal for that much hair of mine to fall out from one use! A few strands sure, but never a big chunk like that. The product also weighed my hair down and made it the grossest it has been in years. Even dollar store products work better than these. I checked reviews online and saw many other people experienced this and were even starting to go bald. This is unacceptable and not right. I don't understand how these are able to be sold. If you want to go bald, pick them up. If not, stay far away and don't let the pleasant scent lure you to keep using it!
