Do gourds come with stems? Thanks

Mine all came with stems. Great product! Will buy again!

I need gourds with heads, bigger body and smaller head, in the pictures they look like that, is that how they come?

Yes. They are different sizes but all were smaller on top.

Has the inside been cleared/cleaned out before drying?

The gourds are quite hollow except maybe a few dried seeds, etc, that shake around a little. But they are very lightweight.

how big around is the big part of the gouard?

They come in various sizes. Go to amishgourds.com or wuertzgourdfarm.com, and look at their stock. I buy 2”to 3” and 3” to 4” for Christmas ornaments. I also buy 6” to 8” bottle gourds to make snowmen. I hope this gives you a visual idea about the size of bottle gourds.
