Great Coffee Warmer
This Coffee Warmer is great! I actually burned my hand on the bottom of my coffee mug on the first day of use! When my cup is bellow half full it will actually heat my coffee. If you are looking for a coffee warmer that keeps your coffee hot, this is for you!Pros:-Keeps Coffee irresponsibly hot!-Light on front not to bright!-Comes with a free coffee mug!Cons:-Keeps Coffee irresponsibly hot.-Light on front could be brighter.-The free coffee mug it comes with it worthlessly small.Overall, this is Exactly what I wanted.

Keep This Away From Keyboards
Don't place this close to a computer keyboard the first time you try it out. The mug warmer I received has a base crunched in so badly it won't sit flat on desk. I tried, but the coffee - filled mug leans -- like a miniature Tower of Pisa. Yes, the base did get hot enough to burn me. I considered this a plus. The cord on this is extremely short and barely reaches from desk to a power strip directly below it on floor. As other reviewers have noted the switch is annoyingly placed in mid cord.So far this the second attempt at mug warmers and I'm still hunting.

Surprisingly it works well
This coffee mug warmer i bought is great. I also have the Mr. Coffee mug warmer aswell and this one works better. If you use it with the mug that comes with this your beverage will remain hot for hours. Not just luke warm but actually hot. As the volume of liquid inside the mug depletes, it gets hotter because there is less to heat. When your drink get near the bottom its too hot to gulp.Like some others have stated, the biggest problem with this product is the design. - First off, the switch to turn on and off is located on the power cord about 12 inches away from the actual stand so you really have to reach for it when you want to turn it on/off. The design of the switch is also a bit of an annoyance. I would describe it as a lamp switch. Its a small black box with a circle piece sticking out from the center, you turn the circle piece until it clicks. The problem is that you have to turn it almost a full revolution before the click and if you dont it resets. What this means is that you cant do it with one hand without fumbling it.- Secondly, the power cord itself is VERY short. Luckily for me, i have a power outlet built into my desk, otherwise i cant see myself using this in any other environment. The cord is at best 2 and a half feet long, but its very stiff so you really have to pull on it to extend it out.If you dont have a power outlet within arms reach, then avoid this product. I dont use the mug that comes with it any more because i find it the liquid capacity too small. I drink a lot of coffee so i use my own bigger mug. The bottom of my own mug is not as flat but i still find my coffee acceptably hot.Note: i forgot and left my less-than-half cup of coffee on it for a few hours and when i got back to it, the coffee mostly evaporated and whats left was jellyish. thats how hot it gets.

UNBELIEVABLE! HOT! HOT! HOT!
I was looking for something to keep my coffee/tea hot while I work. I'm a photographer and spend hours in front of the computer, often times forgetting to keep drinking...then I get surprised when it turns ice cold. I bought this product after reading the overwhelmingly good reviews. I was still a bit skeptical...until I tried it. I'll tell you, they're not kidding. This thing keeps liquids HOT. I tapped the surface with my finger and it felt like a stove burner. However, despite getting so hot, it doesn't damage the surface it's on or the cup that's put on it. Terrific if you ask me. When I want coffee or tea, I "preheat" the warmer and I'm off. I've had tea sitting on it for 2+ hours and it's stayed a great temperature for drinking. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the cord is a bit short. I can still plug it in from my desk, but I'd just like a little bit more play. An extra foot would do wonders. Still...amazing product.

Works great - good value
The cup was worthless for me as it was probably only a 6oz cup but I could fit my 12oz mug on it so I just threw out the supplied mug. I would have liked the switch on the front vs. feeling around on the cord for the old fashion lamp switch. I think given the price of cup warmers with the switch on the front this was the best value. With a 20 watt heating element my coffee stays hot but not scalding.

I already did a review
I bought 2 more of these for my hubby and one for work. This is the one you want guys, I read so many reviews. Forget Rival or other name brands that only keep your cup warm. This will keep you own coffee cups coffee hot! I don't use the cup it came with. As long as your coffee mugs have a flat bottom they will work with this. Look further for my other review for more details.

Love it!
Finally, a cup warmer, that keeps your hot drink, ready???? Hot!!Cord is short, the on off switch isn't located in the most convenient spot, but hey, my coffee's hot!!!!! I'll live with those minor points. it's why God invented extension chords.Great buy. The best I've owned.

Nice warmer
I have had this for about a week and am totally pleased with it. The Norpro I purchased before gave up the ghost after about a month or so and it would short out a lot. Will wait to see what happens with this brand......but, so far,it does a great job.UPDATE 02/06/2012: Well, it is still working as good as the day I received it...so, I highly recommend it, and will let you know if anythang changes.UPDATE 10/23/2012: Still heating very nicely and is well worth the money. I have dropped it numerous times and it keeps right on working!
