Derby Originals Adjustable Nylon Livestock Cattle Halters

We bought this for a Jersey calf at 4 months old. It was a little too large at that time but she has grown into it. Good quality, stays buckled.

We have halter broken cattle. These are great for tie-out and for washing. Gentle and does not pinch. Cleans well and is adjustable.

I think this will work great when he is bigger but he is tiny jersey bull calf. So I got out my lamb halter and it fits perfectly. so if you have a smaller calf try that first has the same cross under the chin and much better than the loose rope type halter. I'll try to pose a pic of this halter on him when he is bigger!

I have a pretty big steer and this fits him great and I still have 2 holes left if I need to tighten it.

The quality is what you'd expect and the design is adjustable to a variety of sizes and head shapes. BUT this is the largest size cattle halter Derby makes and yet, it's still about 12 inches too short of a head piece to fit a full grown Brown Swiss cow/steer. If you actually have an XL animal, don't buy this.

This exactly what I needed for my cow. Now I can lead her where I want her to go and neither of us gets hurt.

My granddaughter is in 4H and requested this, She is showing cattle and I'm sure she will love it.

Had a hard time finding good cow halters at a decent price. These halters fit my miniature belted galloways perfectly! Even with it being a little big, it was easy to add a few extra holes.
