Review: Great product - I use them for my 30 min cardio. The first time I felt like I couldn't breathe, but I made it. After I took them off for the rest of my weight workout I was pumped. I could breath so good. I use it every day. This is great I noticed my energy level at work has increased as well. I quit social smoking and I feel this has helped me regain my endurance.

I use them for my 30 min cardio. The first time I felt like I couldn't breathe, but I made it. After I took them off for the rest of my weight workout I was pumped. I could breath so good. I use it every day. This is great I noticed my energy level at work has increased as well. I quit social smoking and I feel this has helped me regain my endurance.
