Absolutely delicious! As a 56 year-old woman, i had tried losing weight with low carb diets before. And, unlike all the men I knew who lost a ton of weight easily, i lost very little weight and was “hangry” all the time. I finally learned about KETO and realized it was having the correct macros, or percentages, that was key: lots of healthy fats (keeps you full), only moderate amounts of protein (too much is not conducive to weight loss unless you’re very physically active) and low carbs. That’s when the pounds finally started dropping for me. Recently, I began taking it a step further, and am slowly but surely replacing many of the “not good for you” and/or items with ingredients that are low carb - but will spike your blood sugar, with healthier choices. The toughest product to find was a good tasting chocolate shake without the high Glycemic index ingredient, maltodextrin. I found the Left Coast KETO Shakes on a review page, saw their ingredients were truly KETO healthy, from all the research I did, and read the reviews. I admit that if I don’t really like the taste of something, I’m not going to eat/drink it. And almost every review of KETO Shakes by LC mentioned the great taste, no chalkiness and their easy “blendability.” I absolutely LOVE the flavor of these shakes. I also love that I’m starting my morning with the perfect KETO macro, so I don’t need to add MCT oil or collagen or protein powder. My favorite way to make the shake is to fill a blender bottle with 8 oz of crushed ice and then fill with water to the 8-9 oz line. Then, since it’s often hard to get all the healthy fats I need all day, (and i like the extra creamy taste), I usually add 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream. I put it in my blender, and have a wonderful thick shake each morning. No weird “healthy” flavors, lol! Not overly sweet at all, just the perfect balance of sweetness and a “chocolate brownie mix” flavor, if that makes sense? Anyway, I’m no health expert, but I look forward to my delicious thick shake every morning, and it keeps me full and happy for 5-6 hours!

Not paid. I bought this powder to fill in gaps on some days where I don't feel like eating and needed a quick, healthy replacement. It's done the job so far, but I'm not entirely sure it's a meal replacement per se. If I drink this, I'm usually hungry again sooner than after drinking some other meal replacement products. TASTE: The taste is good, however, it's what you would expect out of most protein shakes and their consistency and taste. I use almond milk with mine so that could be why. I'll have to try with HWC like I do with other products. It's a decent substitute for anyone who loved chocolate milk and misses it on certain diets. BLENDING POWER: This product does not completely break up. Even with a blender bottle and metal blending ball, but it's not left chunky enough to bother me. VALUE: This is definitely a lot cheaper than products like Keto Chow. If you plan to use every day, once a day, I definitely think the value is there! I would absolutely buy this product again! Happy with it, overall.

I decided to try this product for the first time. It is good, however, you need to be careful in your preparation time. To explain, I normally make my shake the night before so that all ingredients saturate with the fluids and it mixes fully. The first three days, I didn't make it the night before but made it and let it set for a couple hours in the fridge before consuming. The flavor was not all that great, it even seemed a little putrid. I do add avocado oil, so I thought maybe my oil had gone bad. So I excluded the oil from my shake when I made it the night before. Mind you, this was the first time I made it the night before with this new product. My first gulp burned my throat. The shake had fermented during the overnight hours in the fridge. It burned for hours. I was ready to write a completely 1 star, negative review but decided that since it got worse, maybe it is not designed for overnight storage once mixed. The next day, I prepared my shake and drank it within 10 minutes, it was great and not bad flavors. Please understand, the shake is good and very filling. Since it appears to not have preservatives, it needs to be consumed shortly after mixing. I appreciate that this has a minimal amount of ingredients for the nutrition and I plan to continue to consume this shake, I will just make sure I drink it minutes after making it. Fortunately, it mixes very easily and thoroughly in the short amount of time. I do recommend this product, just be cautious about your preparation to consumption time so you don't have a bad experience. (I've had the cheesecake on too and it is very good.)

Taste great

The shake mixes well enough, smells very pleasant, and we thought the price was right, but that's where the positives stop. The shake itself tastes like pure chemicals and leaves an aftertaste like you'd never believe. I wanted very badly like to like this shake because it's the cleanest we could find that came close to a replacement for our regular Keto Meal shake of choice, which has just gotten too expensive. Despite all of that, we're going to just tough it out with our regular brand; this shake was a pure waste of money. It kills me that this shake is going straight into the bin, but due to the taste, I don't think we could even give it away.

This is the second time I ordered this brand. The first time I ordered Cookies and cream. It literally burned my throat. I read some reviews and some people said it was “Rancid”. I sent it back and figured I got a bad batch. I recently decided to give them another try and ordered chocolate. Exact same experience. This product literally burns my throat and leaves a chemical type after taste in my mouth. I think there is a chemical in this product that may be poison, or at a very least rotten. I tried twice, but will be sending this batch back as well. There are better products out there. I will not order this brand ever again. After posting my review I was pleased and surprised to be contacted by Left Coast, and they offered to send me a different product in an effort to makes things right. They seem genuinely concerned about some of the recent posts similiar to mine, and ask for batch numbers and exp dates so that they could track down and fix whatever issues they seem to be having. I upgraded my rating from one star to two stars based on their efforts. I will update again should I find that they found the source of the problems. Seems to be a good company who care about their customers. I appreciate that out of a company.

I wanted to stick to a keto diet back in the spring, but I found it nearly impossible to give up sugar. The first thing I noticed when I tried this meal replacement shake is that it tastes almost exactly like my favorite (sugary) nutritional shake - I did not expect that! I was also thrilled that this keto shake has collagen powder. I love to take collagen daily for smoother skin and softer hair, but I normally have to choke it down. It is really cool that I can drink collagen now & enjoy it! I am not a breakfast person so I love having something I can eat (in this case drink) on the go. I just mix it in the blender with cold skim milk for the perfect morning boost. I have also noticed that I am not as hungry at lunch & have cut back on my calories throughout the day. So far, I am down 2 pounds and I have only been drinking these shakes for 5 days. I am very excited!

I started back on low carb/keto this year and wanted to try this. I had heard it tasted great from a friend so even though the cost made me do a double take I decided to give it a try. I admit the taste is great! Chocolatey but not too sweet. I put 2 tablespoons in my coffee cup (the scoop that came with it was buried so deep that I honestly thought it didn’t come with one and then it finally was unburied after half the product was used) and then I put it in my keurig and make my morning coffee using this. It dissolves pretty good and I do stir it with a fork when it is done to make sure it is mixed and dissolved completely. I love starting my day with this as my breakfast and the taste and way this keeps me feeling full until lunch has made this my go to!

Love the flavour. Great for a hot drink before bed.
