Is there a larger head piece available? The one that came with it barely fits around my neck.

I bought this traction kit about 2-3 years ago and the head piece fit great. After the chin pad started splitting at the seams I purchased a new kit which had a smaller head piece which cut into my neck on the sides and under the chin. Evidently they are only going after pencil-neck recessed chin market.

Has anyone figured out how to use this??? The bag sits on the floor, as does the chin strap. Beware, compant paid amazon for reviews!

Mine works perfectly. The piece that goes under your chin has the velcro straps attached to it. The chin strap took a few times to figure out but now I un-velcro one strip and slip it off until I go to use it again. I thought the water bottle would be a mess to use so I tied mine to a 10 lb dumbbell and it works perfectly. I have a pinched nerve in my neck and by using this for 1/2 hr per day I'm starting to get some relief. I recommend this and no one is paying me anything to say so.
