can you pop out the lenses to mix colors - left eye red, right eye green - for instance?

The lenses in our Color Therapy glasses will not be removable to swap out the lenses.

do the glasses come with information on each one?

Yes. Each pair comes with a card explaining all the advantages of color therapy for each shade of color.

Our Color Therapy Glasses will not provide UV protection, and we do not recommend using them in place of glasses that do provide UV protection.

Why are the glasses worn for only 10 minutes at a time? What happens when these limits are extended?

The suggested time frame of 10-30 minutes is provided to ensure you have a point of reference to where you may feel noticeable effects each time. All eyes are different so please use your own discretion and see how they work for you!
