Contemporary Paper Marbling: Design and Technique

I am interested in paper arts- I make hand-bound books, and of course the paper is very important for an artist book. Paper marbling is a lost or dying art due to modern printing and I hope to keep some small part of it alive by including marbled paper in my books.

Really thorough and well written. Very clear instuctions and the images are lovely. Provides well rounded information so you can make your own mind up and also offers alternatives to the common ingredients used while adding a little history. Would highly recommend

This is such a useful resource for what is now classed as an endangered heritage craft.Brimming with artists tips, it's very inspiring for hobbyists and crafters alike. Beautiful photography has been used, with clear explanations, plus step-by-step guides. Helpful advise and what to buy for materials. Recommended for all educators in art.I'm a fan of this artist already, but would give more stars if I was able to as this is such a good book! Now I just need to follow up with some workshop courses in real life....

What a great book! Covers enough to start ‘small’ but depth if you want to go further. Loved the sections on colour choices and the beautiful examples. I feel so excited to get further into this lovely craft now - thank you!
