I have now been using it for 2 months, twice a day, massaging for at least 5-10 minutes every time and don't notice any change in size/shape/fullness whatsoever. I have not been able to take any of the supplements with it and maybe they are what make all the difference (they give me really bad headaches, so I've had to come off them). The Genetix Organic website says to let them know if you're not 100% satisfied and they will respond in a day. I have now written twice, the first time I got no response whatsoever, the second time they wrote back almost immediately to say that someone would be getting back to me soon and that was over a week ago and I haven't heard anything else.
