Wow. This actually works. Two important observations: 1. The oil must be hot when you put in the powder and stirred well. 2. Timing is important. Let it sit for an hour but if you leave it in for too long, the whole thing will stick to the pan so hard you won't be able to get under it. If that happens, heat the pan slowly until it gives in enough to get a spatula under it. The hardened oil came off the pan in one huge piece. Nice.

love this stuff , gets old oil out in trash instead of old jars . Once tryed you will love it.

This does not work. Don’t waste your time and money buying it. I used all three bags in one small pan, which I had used to fry french fries. Started with one bag and it didn’t solidified, then I used the second bag, It didn’t work. Today. I tried the last bag because the packet brings three, and it didn’t work either so no, I do not recommend that you waste your time and money.

It's a pretty darn good product, my plumbing was clogged because of oil but now we don't have that problem

I've been using this for some time now to solidify cooking oil after I'm done cooking. I use a liberal amount of oil to make katsu. As soon as I'm done, I sprinkle in 1 package of the solidifier and mix it. In an hour or so, the oil is solid and you can use a spatula to simply scrape it out and dispose in the garbage. Very handy to dispose of used oil.

This product was good but what I didn’t like is there should be more packets in the case?

This is some voodoo, witchcraft, Harry Potter stuff. I sprinkled this stuff into my grease and turned away for a second and *poof*, it's a slimy solid......thing.
