Going back to KT Tape
Pro:- Cheaper alternative to KT tape- Cut to sizeCon (in order):- Uncomfortable. I notice I'm wearing it all the time. It's like that feeling when your friend sticks a piece of scotch tape on you. Just that constant pulling feeling on your skin. I don't have that problem- Itchy. It could just be me and the adhesive but I don't think that's why. Reason being, I'm mostly just itchy around the edges, which indicates it's from the tape pulling on the skin.- Does not last. It pretty much starts peeling (corner edges rolling up) within a day. To note, I wash the areas, remove hair or don't have hair, clean area with alcohol before I tape, and round the corners, and rub to heat the adhesive in the direction of the tape. It'll still sort of stay on for another 3 days if I trim the peeled parts and stubbornly will it, but if the rolled corners are left it's pretty much done by the end of the second day.In comparison KT tape (pro), if applied with the same care (wash, remove hair, alcohol wipe, friction heat) it'll last 5-7 days (I'm a little grossed out by the idea of it by day 5 tbh and put new ones on but have tried 7 just to see if it'll stay.), no itching, and I don't notice I'm wearing tape the majority of the time. Conclusion: if you can only wear it for a day or two at a time anyway this could save you some money, but if you'd like to keep it on for 3 days or more the KT tape should be a better bang for your buck in the long run.

Works as advertised
Works as advertised. Pulled groin muscle a month or so ago and had extreme pain in moving my leg certain ways. Read about the injury on the interned and decided to toughed it out for a while and not go to a doctor. While watching pro tennis, I saw that this type tape was used for similar issues. So I thought I would try. Five days ago, precisely followed the full color fold out instructions. During normal activities, I did feel that the tape helped reduce, not eliminate, the pain. Played tennis the day after application at about 75% speed and there too, felt that the tape helped but did not eliminate pain. Have worn the tape for 4 days now and it has stayed in place through sweat and showers. Will remove for the first time tomorrow, after tennis. Of note, I did not shave the area tapped and I am fully cognizant that hairs will be pulled. Did not see anything about shaving on the instructions.I also purchased another slightly cheaper brand that I have not yet used. This purchase did not come with application instructions. but the company promptly followed up my purchase with an email of congratulation and a pdf with instructions, no pictures. There was nothing about my goin pull, so I replied to the email and asked for their recommendations. Within a day, I received an reply that they will be looking into adding those instructions. That was about a week ago and since then, no reply.

Better tapes out there for less money - no taping guide provided
I specifically purchased this brand becuase it advertised a free taping guide. I never received a printed or electronic guide and the website on the box that is highlighted to use for a guide is no longer a valid website. Not sure if this company has gone out of business or what. The tape is ok, I have used much better in the past though for around the same cost or less. The stickiness again is "ok", but I have used much better and I would not say this is waterproof as it came right off when wet. My Dr uses Rocktape and I have also used KT tape. KT has an excellent website and how too videos for using the tape correctly. Rocktape stays on well and doesn't leave too much residue behind. This brand started peeling at the edges right away and fraying. Again its just ok, not awful, but I think I will stick to Rocktape and KT. On the upside, these tapes do help a lot in recovery and I have seen remarkable improvement in physical therapy after a severe ankle break and surgery,

Long lasting and water resistant - very pleased!
I had been using KT Tape Pro on my hand and wrist to help treat carpal tunnel syndrome. When I ran out, I ordered this brand instead and I've been very pleased. It stays on much longer than the KT Tape before the edges start to come up. It also seems to have a subtle water-resistant coating because for the first several days after a new application water beads up on the surface of the tape and doesn't soak in. That has been very nice for use on my hand and wrist since I don't have to be so careful to avoid getting it wet while washing my hands. (The adhesive on the KT Tape would loosen more and more each time it got wet and it was inconvenient to have it stay somewhat wet for 10-15 minutes until it dried out every time I washed my hands.) Between the water resistance and stronger adhesive, I've been getting just over a week of use per application of the Vara KT Tape versus 3-5 days with the KT Tape Pro. I'm very glad to have found it and will continue using this brand.

It's Okay, Not the Greatest.
Purchased VARA KT tape after reading through a lot of reviews on other brands, such as the popular KT tape brand, but decided on VARA. This purchase does include a PDF taping guide but only features a few ways to take your lower back and legs, nothing else. Youtube or the KT website will help better for other joints that you need. Upon trimming the corners to be rounded, the edges where the pieces were cut are already fraying. Even where the areas where the tape is stretched/pulled, it is starting to seem to fray. Not sure about long term wear during the day but so far, I am not impressed. Might need to purchase another brand once I'm done with my VARA KT tape.

... would be an advantage but it was not my favorite. Although this tape has potential
I thought having this in a roll all together would be an advantage but it was not my favorite. Although this tape has potential, it did not stick as well and as long as it should have. It's a little on the thin side and rolled off my skin as soon as I went to bed. Socks helped as it was on my foot for plantar fasciitis. I have tried better tape though and will be sticking with something else.
