I was a bit concerned that water would get into the device because of that, but I’ve been using it for almost two months and it hasn’t leaked into yet, nor have I had to recharge it again at this point. I actually love this little face cleaner now, and don’t know how I ever felt like my face was clean before when I only used my hands and cleanser. I actually used my hands w/ cleanser first and then washed my face again a 2nd time with this device to see how much of a difference it makes l, and after using my hands my face looked clean, but when I washed it a second time and used the device on it, I was shocked to see the amount of foundation that the scrubber got off that my hands and cleanser left behind!! I’ll use one of these for the rest of my life, great little device at a great price. Set a reminder on your phone to charge before it completely runs out and the battery will last longer.
