Nature's Bounty Saw Palmetto 450 mg, 100 Capsules | Herbal Supplement, Prostate and Urinary Health

My doctor suggested I try saw palmetto when my prostate started enlarging, so I gave these a shot. In my experience, they did seem to help a bit, especially with some of the urinary annoyance stuff, but I wouldn’t consider them a substitute for proper treatment if things are progressing. I’m actually still taking them, but I’m also on prescription medication now, which has made a bigger difference overall. I look at this more as something supportive rather than a complete solution. The capsules are easy enough to take and I haven’t had any side effects from them. Price is pretty reasonable too compared to some supplements in this category. Overall, I think they’re worth trying if your doctor suggests them, just keep realistic expectations about what they can and can’t do.

I just started taking it a couple days ago and it seems like it’s working in that I am not getting up at night as much anymore. I am hopeful that it will continue to improve but so far so good.

I have used the supplement for many years and it does help. It is not a 100% cure but is worth taking.

Good quality supplement from a trusted brand. The capsules are easy to take, and the bottle comes with a generous amount, so it lasts a long time. Great value for the price.

I was doubtful that this stuff would do any good, but I decided to give it a try. It looks like it is actually helping, so why shouldn't you give it a shot. It's cheap enough for the experiment.
