Is the gelatin capsule plant based (vegetarian)?

I never consume any capsules. I open it and extract the insides and swallow it with water.

Has anyone tried hibucus tea and also tried hawthorn berry? How did they compare please?

I haven't tried the tea but the hawthorn really works. I was diagnosed with AFIB. I was on 4 blood pressure meds and, first coumadin, then Xarelto. I have been off all of them al since the 3rd of June of 2019. My numbers look great and ECGs no longer indicate AFIB. As for price, Swanson is a good deal.
