A: No, it does NOT include bottom cord with the headset.  It is stating it has a quick disconnect on the headset cord, but you have to purchase the bottom cord separately.   It is the headset to QD only. Headset World USA

**Q: How is the sound quality for the person on the other end? i work from home and i am told often i sound like i'm on a speaker phone or far away.**
A: Thank you for your question.  Telephony/communication products typically support wideband audio, which is also known as HD (High Definition) voice. HD voice reproduces voice quality so that it sounds crisp, clear, and natural at the receiving end of the call. HD voice provides high-quality audio for calls but not for music listening.  So, in order to get the best possible audio quality for music reproduction, the Biz 1500 requires two speakers that support music and video streaming in Hi-Fi stereo.  All current Jabra Bluetooth products with two speakers support stereo sound.  These products typically use the A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) standard for streaming high-quality stereo audio.

A: You have to buy the ones specifically for USB or buy a connector jack to connect two into one that is USB

**Q: We bought 10 ea of jabra biz 1500 qd. but don't know how to connect with pc? please help to convert qd to audio or usb ?**
A: these are not designed for use as a USB headset.  I purchase the headset you mention for connection to a VOIP phone.  I bought this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XWG12QS/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 for use with a computer via USB connection for both phone calls and music.  Both are good headsets, but designed for different applications.

I just received this headset for my work and I am very happy with the product. It was well packed and arrived in good condition. The headset feels comfortable and the build quality looks good. The only thing to note is that you may need to purchase a QD to USB adapter separately if you want to connect it to a computer. Once I receive the adapter, I will plug it into my computer and start testing it. So far I am happy with the purchase.
