I believe thers not much uv a difrnc. It taste da same. If u remove da powdr frm da capsules n luk 8 da raw maca u wont c much difrnce. Both r nasty. I used da capsules 2 try help wit my weight gain but nuthn has chngd. I also tried it 2 c if I helps with breast increase like sum uthr customers experience but no chng. It does has gr8 benefits but I wuznt able 2 c wut I wuz xpectn. I startd takin da vcaps bout 2 weeks den I startd removin da powdr frm da caps n mux wit lemon honey watr.
