Great cable but even greater customer service
I've bought multiple Anker products in the past and I continue to do so because of their exceptional warranty and customer service. I recently bought this cable and it came ripped, the outer layer was torn and there was cuts into the middle of the wire, I was disappointed to say the least. However, I emailed Anker and within a fortnight they emailed me saying they will ship me a replacement wire. This exceptional customer service is why I continue to purchase Anker products. The wire itself is high quality, it feels strong and the 10 feet length is a nice luxury to have. Overall great product.

Lifetime Warranty. Lifelong Customer.
I typically don’t write reviews however I felt this company deserved the praise. I purchased a charging cable earlier this year and for whatever reason (probably something within the Apple updates) my cord started glitching. I contacted the manufacturer and asked about their lifetime warranty and without any hassle at all they sent me a new cord. I wasn’t even required to return my damaged cord which would have been more of a hassle than just buying a new one. So thank you Anker for the excellent product and customer support. I hope to be a lifelong customer. :)

Very reliable! Crazy Russian Hacker approved!
I bought mine In April 2018 and so far it has worked perfect! I have been bending it a lot and unfortunately, the rubber that connects the lightning plug and and cord ripped a little bit but I emailed anker and they sent me a brand new one free of charge and without me having to send me old one back! It has lifetime warranty so if one breaks, they just keep sending me another one. I highly recommended if you guys are wanting quality, budget control, and length. Those overpriced Apple chargers that constantly break are no match for this beast!

Perfect
What I expected when ordering an Anker wire. Extremely durable, naturally resistant to getting too tangled up due to the braiding which is great for this length. Packaged nicely which is just satisfying and makes the purchase experience that much better. Comes with a quality little strap to hold it together which is a nice touch, but can be easily removed if you don't want it. Love the gold color, and hope it becomes available on more of their cables eventually. Anker: I would rebuy a bunch of my wires in that color if you do that.

Still good after a few months!
I ordered this cable (in gold) a few months ago (in January) and I LOVE it! I had a different 10ft cable that stopped working and I tried going back to the default 3-4ft iPhone cable and you really just can’t! This anchor cable seems super durable so far, and it charges my phone really fast! I have only used it around the house so far, so i can’t speak to travelling with it, but I would generally bring a shorter cord for air travel at least. Overall this seems like a great product after a few months of use! Definitely recommend!!

Best iPhone cable, period.
I am a mechanical engineer, so I tend to be very picky about gear quality. This is a good, stiff cable that has handled the abuse of regular international travel quite admirably. The extra length allows you to reach those airport outlets that would otherwise be too far from the seating areas. You’ll get dirty looks, but jealousy is a stinky cologne! I’ve bought probably a dozen of these for friends and family members who seem to go through inferior cords. Couple this with the Anker PowerCore Fusion and you’re good to go!

Love this cable! I had a problem with it not charging at times after a couple of months, I called the anker customer service and Adam was wonderful! Within 5 minutes he had a new one being sent to me! Very convenient and 5 star customer service! Thanks so much Anker & Adam!!!UPDATE: Never received my cordUPDATE: called to let them know about my issue, and was taken care of and compensated for my inconvenience.. excellent customer service! Did receive my cord this time :)

BEST CORD I HAVE EVER PURCHASED!!! (1 year + of ownership)
Have owned for over a year - NO issues so far - BEST cord I have ever purchased.I purchases 6 of these in different leangths (for myself and the lady) for home, work and vehicles (two of each 3' / 6' / and 10'). The ALL work great! My puppy even chewed a little on my 10' one a month after purchase and it still works great. The all still work just as they did the day I started using them. For the price and quality I would give this 6 stars if I could. Highly recommended!
