Will they work on a clay flower pot?

Im sure they would. I really like them for rock painting. I bought a new black craftsmart at michaels bleeds a lot with topcoating. No issues with these i bought on amazon. The white works great but make sure its totally dry before using on a color. Its difficult to get tip white again.

Do these dry right away?

They are not quick dry, but just like regular paint.
