I'm 5'3 and it doesn't drag, has an actual hood, upper corners have mitten like pockets to keep you warm. Easy to fold up and take with you anywhere . Also pompoms can get annoying and in the way a lot so after a while, I just cut mine off.

Bought this for my blanket loving son and he loves it. The pom poms near the hood did fall off after some use but he didn't care. Nice blanket to wrap around and help keep you pretty warm while walking around the house or just laying around
