**Q: 20% benzocaine?**
A: I am not sure if this answers this question it does say that there is 20% benzocaine in this product. I have been using this on a regular bases for quite a while and it numbs the pain on my gums. I have a few missing teeth and every once in a while something hard it's there and causes pain. I use the orajel for a couple of days and I am happy for the relief.
