They feel like real nunchuks, not cheap rubber toys . I love them for exercise, and they are very smooth. Would definitely buy again if they ever wear out. I doubt if they will.

Had bought a previous pair of trainer chucks but they wouldn't stand up to the blows when hitting heavy bag. These definitely will but they are very heavy and you could seriously injure yourself or do damage to property. With that said I've had them for almost a year now and they have not broken. The chain was a little long which is actually a good thing if you have bigger hands better to be able to cut it down than to have to add a chain link fairly simple to shorten chain just pop the pin out with a center punch. Would definitely buy again

I bought these lovelies in hopes that I wouldn't give my family the fear of me clobbering the crap out of myself. Well, they are hard as a rock and I'm pretty sure they can beat the daylights out of just about anyone too! Hurt pretty pretty bad when I hit myself. Did that bother me though? Not at all! They're really cool to look at and use, and are of excellent quality. The weight of the nunchaku also gives your arms quite the workout. Besides, nothing makes you feel more alive than the prospect of splitting your skull in half! A good motivator to actually get it right, and fast. They smell really bad though, and your hands will smell like a tire for a long time... even after using soap!

Just got these for my 9yr old son and 15yr old daughter. They absolutely love them, I struggled for a while trying to find something that would pull them away from their electronic devices all day... Who knew nunchucks was the answer. Hah! The construction is really high quality from the shaft with thick foam covering to the solid chain with full rotating bearing for free range of motion these nunchucks have the perfect weight and are perfect for any up and coming martial arts enthusiast.

I love these. A bit heavy but it's great for wrist strength training. I wonder if my job would let me use these instead of a baton. 😬

They are decent, but they turned my hands black. I washed them with dish soap and they got a little sticky but didn’t turn my hands black anymore. I do plan to keep them.

It is Awesome but you really don't need to be a pro to use them I started training on them and it was not hard

First of all these are not a super soft rubber or foam material - they a firm rubber. My point is you can still end up getting some knots and bruises but not to the extent of wood or metal chucks. It's not a bad thing but if you're looking for a completely beginner pair these could be a little too hard. That being said these are great quality for the price.

The nunchucks arrived on time however they were black (not yellow as per the description) and most of the reviews said there were 2 pairs (which I hoped to use for my 2 boys) but I got only one pair. The quality is good although I would say they are pretty heavy and a little smelly.
