I bought this and have had it for 6 months. The flavor of water is delicious. It’s super easy to use and I can honestly feel a difference in my body and mood. I love it. It may seem a tiny bit pricey but TRUST ME it’s Worth it! And I got it really fast. I also had a question about where to get another charger cuz my cat chewed it up and Will , the seller/company, answered me almost immediately and had a new one sent out to me the next day. Great purchase from a great seller. 👍🏽

We purchased the LevelUpWay2025 Hydrogen Water Bottle in Jan 2026. It has worked very well until the past week. We contacted the supplier and tried some fixes they suggested. When nothing worked, they replaced it with a brand new item. Very pleased with the support, service, and product. Actually seeing some positive results from drinking the water. Definitely value for money spent in total.

After a thorough cleaning according to manufacture instructions still no hydrogen bubble action. I am 11 days past my return date so I just wasted 150.00 dollars. Save your money on this model. I would suggest, buy a cheaper one or none at all.

The product is ok. I use it everyday multiple times, but it is getting to me to want to return. It leaks. It must be the pressure caused by the bubbles that have expanded the glass. And I haven't used it much. This is literally the day after I bought it, it's been leaking ever since. I want to like the product, but maybe there are other's better.

Hi Will, Yes I received the Level Up Water in a very timely manner and it appears all functions work correctly. There are three colors of lights when the Level Up is plugged into a proper electrical outlet. Red = base unit is charging, green = full charged and blue = unit is producing hydrogen enriched water. It only takes about three minutes to create the water and I can definitely taste the difference in the water. It seems smoother, almost velvety and lighter. Another feature I like about the Level Up is the ability to travel long distances in my car while generating hydrogen water as I travel. The unit will create many containers of water while utilizing the battery, thus charging of the battery can be completed when the traveler stops for the night. Customers could be questioning the lights, however, the three colors don't all appear at the same time. Each color will show in the bottom rim of the glass container as the process completes each cycle. One last thing there is no "Max Fill" marking on the glass container and I cannot reason why one would be needed anyway. The unit does not create any high pressure only minimal hydrogen gas. I've filled it to the max and generated several batches of water with no problems at all. Very nice unit and this is my verified purchase review. I did not receive any compensation for the review. The original unit that I purchased for $150 indicated that it had multiple modes which was why I chose that model. Upon receipt it only had 1 3 minute mode. When I asked about it I was told the Gold model only had one mode. I replied that I wanted to return it. Upon that email the reply was that he would send me the 3mode unit at no cost and I could keep the original as well. I did receive the new unit and the only disappointing part is that it is not the same size so the breathing functionality doesn’t work since it didn’t come with extra fitting adapter.

So as promised I wanted to update this review when I customer service. First off I don’t know if his guy ever stops working. I sent an email pretty late in the evening to their customer service from their website. That night I got an email response from someone trying to help me to try to get it running again. Then he said to let it charge over night and in the morning and if it’s not working let him know. The following morning, I sent a short email saying it’s not working. His response was a shipping label for with a two-day delivery. Two days later I got the package and it was a brand new one to replace it. He also followed up with me to make sure I got it. The thing has a 1 year warranty so I am glad to report that this customer service guy IS AWESOME, no complicated questions just does it work now, no... okay here’s a new one... Got a new bottle that works fine, and am back to using it again. Thank you so much for resolving this issue completely painless! So I got the product on July 20, 2020. Today is September 9, 2020 and the bubbles stopped coming out. The instructions for use are simple enough to get plugged in and working but after about 6 weeks the thing stops working? Not a good deal especially for $150. Once the bottle stopped generating hydrogen, the only thing it reads in the instructions is change the water source, or drip some citric acid. Not something I have readily available in the cupboards or garage do changed the water source to filtered and nothing... Thinking about putting some lime juice in there but don't know if that's what they mean or if I have to go to some store somewhere to get some... So for $150 you would think that some additional instructions would be helpful for those that would want to troubleshoot the problem or maybe provide an additional generator to produce the bubbles and then order a new one to always have one as a back up... I emailed the company and am hoping since it has a one year warranty to get a replacement. If they honor the warranty then I will change my rating.

Ordered this product as a precursor to possibly buying a whole house water restructuring system. Ordered 2, one had to be replaced within the 90 day warranty period. I feel this is a very good product and I do notice changes in my body as far as better energy level and better mental clarity (I’m in my late 50’s). A few helpful hints: Follow the directions carefully for the cleaning especially occasional soaking with citric acid or vinegar. DO NOT over tighten the glass bottle to the base and when you tighten the lid hold on to the glass bottle not the base to avoid too much pressure on the gasket in the base. Water source: I have the best results using water from my refrigerator dispenser which is allowed to come to room temperature for @ 30 minutes. Least favorable results were from Britta filtered water....not sure why but the unit hardly produced any bubbles. Overall very satisfied with this product.

why is my hydrogen water bottle does not have any bubbles. battery is fully charged? I purchased this in April this year.

It's okay.. to be honest i didn't check the water quality because i trust what they wrote, but it fall down from me and the glass broke up and idk how to find a spare glass 🙂
