So delicious!
The ESPRO P6 32 Oz French Press is exactly what I needed. The coffee is delicious, the filter paper does cut down on fine grounds in my cup, and it keeps everything warm for long enough to have a couple of cups or until clients come. I do put a tea cozy on the pot if I am waiting for people to show up. I use it in my office but I think I may need to get a second one for home use. I found that 50 grams of coffee was a bit too strong (maybe it's the beans I use) but 40-42 grams is just right. As an added plus, the pot is very attractive.

Great Press!
I was searching for a new way to brew coffee after years using Nesspresso. I used a a Bodum from Target in Hawaii for 3 months (cheap, not great) but I really enjoyed pressed coffee in restaurants in the past. This press has 3 key features that separate it from any I have owned in the passed. The double filter really works! Almost zero sediment but still has the full flavor and a small amount of heavy coffee density you look for in a press cup of coffee. Second the press is double walled insulating the coffee keeping it warm for about an hour. Last, if you enjoy elegant design the press really is easy to handle and looks great on the counter.

No coffee mud!!!
I have several original French press coffee makers but they glass so they cool down quickly and they only make enough for 3 cups. So despite the cost, I decided to get this Espro E6 French Press with double filter for Christmas. With family coming for the holidays, I needed a way to make more coffee. This Espro did not dissappoint! It made enough coffee for everyone, the coffee stayed hot and there was NO COFFEE MUD with the last cup of coffee. The double filter is a game changer for French Press coffee. And the stainless steel container looks good, cleans easily and keeps the coffee hot! Love it and highly recommend it.

Cleanup nightmare
The good: it looks nice. Build quality is good. It works and the French press coffee it brews is good. Slightly smoother than my bodum French press, but still offers the full body we all love about French press. So yay! The bad: I got this for two reasons, 1) improved heat retention and 2) ease of clean-up afterwards. The heat retention is somewhat better than my bodum glass carafe. I can brew coffee, go to the gym, come back and what’s remaining is warm. So that’s a solid B. Cleanup is a complete joke. This is by far the most obnoxious and annoying thing to clean I’ve ever had in my kitchen. The engineers clearly gave zero thoughts about making the cleaning experience efficient or pleasant. It keeps all this extra water in the device that you’re not supposed to drink. Which means cleanup is a splashy mess full of coffee grounds spilling everywhere. It’s also almost impossible to rinse grounds out of the filter containers the way it’s shaped. I hate this coffee maker. I now have a cleanup nightmare to deal with every day in my kitchen. Thanks nespro for this awful daily ordeal.

Great purchase!
I use this french press for loose leaf tea and it is does a great job! It is sturdy and keeps the tea warm. I usually make 3 cups at a time, although I could make 4 cups. The last cup is as warm as the first. When I pour tea into my cup, it is clean (without leaf bits) and I love that it does not drip down the side of the container when I finish pouring. Fingerprints do not show on the container and it is easy to clean. There are lines inside indicating the minimum and maximum fills. The only issue is that the plunger knob is not a screw in type so it often comes off when I am trying to remove the press. I would definitely purchase this item again and it was worth every dime.

High Quality, Consistent, Easy to Use
The best coffee maker I've ever had. A French press is inherently time consuming but it is so worth it. The coffee remains hot for a few hours and can even be left for a full 24 hours, maybe even more, to be reheated the next morning without being overly bitter. I have used this thing literally hundreds of times over a year and a half and it's showing hardly any signs of use. One con of note is that as you pour the last bit of coffee out, some grounds sometimes come out with it.

defective. plunge handle came disconnected and won't stay on. So the unit can't be used.
Can't use it at all, because it is defective...

No more sludge in your French Press Coffee
I like the richness and body in a cup of French press coffee, but don't like the sludge. I read about the Espro's unique double filter baskets in NYT Wirecutter and decide to retire my current aging French press and try the Espro. It definitely works as advertised; it makes excellent sludge-free coffee. It is a bit more difficult to clean because there are two baskets to wash and rinse, but they click on and off with ease, so it not objectionable. The stainless double-walled version that I purchased is also very attractive and keeps a full pot of coffee warm until it is finished. All in all, I am very pleased.

Great, really great
Keeps my coffee hot at work while I sort out all the paper work for the crew, so I would say coffee is kept hot for at least an hour or more. Love it

Wonderful French Press Coffee!
It's true! The Espro P6 makes flavourful, delicious coffee that's free from grit. It keeps it warm long enough for me to enjoy my second cup, too. The ritual of making my coffee with this maker is very satisfying. And it's nice to know I don't have to worry about dropping it. Cleaning's a bit of effort. I use an old reusable filter to catch the grinds when I rinse it out. I definitely recommend giving the P6 a try if you care about good coffee.

Presso men kvalite

Much larger than a normal 8-cup french press.
We would have kept this if it was more compact. Due to the double-filter, this press is much larger than a regular Bodum, and felt ungainly to use. It's a beautiful design object but not for us.
