Does this work well for rosacea skin?

Yes, but use it once a week only. It's only a complement to a daily cleaning and moisturizing routine. I had success with Vanicream Gentle Facial Cleanser for Sensitive Skin, CeraVe Moisturizing Cream (lately using as pre-wash) and/or Daily Moisturizing Lotion. Lately, I had to change to fragrance free hair products too. Earth Science makes good fragrance free shampoo and conditioner; Eucerin Baby Wash and Shampoo is good too. If my hair is too dry, I use coconut oil on the ends before shampoo, might add argan oil to conditioner and seal in moisture with a drop or too of argan oil. For the body, I use Dove Sensitive Skin bar soap and same CeraVe moisturizers I use on my face. Hope this helps.

Is it better to apply as spot treatment or all over forehead?

De La Cruz 10% Sulfur Ointment Acne Treatment can be used as both a spot treatment or all over your forehead.

We recommend that you cover the entire affected area with a thin layer one to three times daily, leave it on for 10 minutes, and finally, remove it with water thoroughly.

What lotion would you recommend that dont clogged pores after using this product? and also, can you use toner before or after?

Personally I like to use it at night like this:
1 Spot treatment for 10 minutes of sulfur
2 rinse off sulfur and wash face
3 use a hydrating toner (I like L’Oréal hydra fresh)
4 neutrogena hydro boost (this is lightweight and works great morning or night!)
5 (optional) after hydro boost is dry I like to add a collagen cream for dewier skin (L’Oréal has one for ~$8 that I like)
6 (optional) add a face oil to lock in moisture (I’m currently using a rosehip oil)

Personally I don’t have a ton of money to spend on products, so all listed above are drugstore. As a note, the neutrogena hydro boost can be a bit pricey, but I like to splurge on it. It’s about $17. Hope this helps!

Is this good for dry skin?

As indicated on the label, skin irritation and dryness may sometimes occur after use of this product, depending on the skin type and overall skin sensitivity. For those concerned about sensitivity we advise testing this product on a small area, such as the inner forearm, 48 hours before first use on face. Do not use if signs of irritation appear.
