🌱🌱🌱This is herbal.. And anything herbal can have some lead.. Teas are in that category.. And it hasta be Listed wether it has it.. Even if the tiniest bit... This is why i dont drink 3 cups of matcha a day.. Also.. This is a short term cleanse.. So with that outa the way..🌱🌱🌱 I like the choice of herbs in this and have regularly used many of them.. I like the packaging so you know if you took it or not... Im halfway through and am i bowled over.. Well no, however Ive taken liversmart for years so i dont expect to be.. As far as detoxing.. Everyone has a iff level of toxicity.. So everyone will Respond differently.. We try to avoid a lot of toxins..and we juice and take some detoxers.. Inc baking soda pills ( buffers acid and toxins).. We take a lot of C etc.. So for us we are a little Ahead... If youve never detoxed then read up a little as it can make you feel a little lousy at first.. And you need to drink a Lot of water to flush out the newly moved toxins or they kinda resettle.. I also take extra C to help as well as maybe 2 or 3 baking soda pills instead of my usual 1.. Please check with dr and pharm before if taking anything rx or otc ( inc supplements).. And what i did is start the first day at half dose because I personally Never start anything At full dose cuz ya just might be allergic.. Or it might just not agree with you..and ya don't Wanna be maxed and find out its a prob! 🐈🐈🐈🐈

What you pay for: a comprehensive liver cleanse to give your liver a bit of help and relief from it's daily grind against all the junk you submit it to. What you get: a one dollar sample size with a few capsule that your liver won't even blink a capillary at. This product isn't inherently defective.....except that....it is INCREDIBLY over priced for six capsules of herbs that you really need in a different form and higher quantity to do much good for your liver. Here's the deal: I do believe in helping our livers in this polluted world unlike the people who say "toxins don't exist. Our liver is made to take care of everything and detoxes are a joke." That's irresponsible because while our livers ARE designed to filter out junk and repair themselves, there are many powerful bioactive substances that AID the liver in doing it's job more effectively and help it stay in top shape and cut down on symptoms of overload like headaches and general malaise. Ok. Cool. The morning capsules you get in this little box, a grand total of six little capsules, contain a high does of selenium, some milk thistle, turmeric, dandelion root, a few amino acids, trace ALA, green tea extract, and artichoke leaf, in undisclosed amounts (the FDA, btw, for whatever it's worth, doesn't regulate these supplements so you could be getting anything or nothing in your capsules). Those are all decent liver aids. However, to get real benefit from them, you really need to be brewing a tea or concoction with them in higher doses and combine with other components for several weeks to effectively help and cleanse your liver. (I.e. get loose leaf/bulk essiac tea, as well as turmeric powder, fresh dandelion root, etc, and brew a strong tea every morning while eliminating offending substances from your diet, drink this liquid in the gallons for a few weeks and your body will do amazing things with the extra TLC you provide it. But yes, doing so is labor-intensive and doesn't taste great.) Taking 6 capsules of the am mixture for three days just won't do much for you or your liver. The only positive I can give regarding the morning capsules are: they didn't add fillers which is great. The nighttime capsules (again, six count, 2 per night for three days) are merely a stimulant laxative with some tonifying action for your GI tract. They combine the cheapest form of magnesium (oxide) to trigger your bowels to attract water, loosening stools, with stimulant laxatives like cape aloe, and then triphala, slippery elm, marshmallow root, etc. I could take all six caps in one sitting and not trigger a bowel movement, sorry. It's just not potent enough to do that much. And while yes, clearing your bowel of junk IS important for overall health, again, truly cleansing your intestines and by extension, taking a load off your liver, involves an entire lifestyle change and a solid week or more of a comprehensive bowel regimen, not 6 capsules with 230 mg of magnesium oxide. (Also, the nighttime caps have microcrystalline cellulose as a filler) I see this more as a money making scheme than anything else, unfortunately. Note: as far as the other reviewer's fear about lead: that's a legal requirement for many products and you're getting just as much lead in many other common things you consume, and likely next to none in these capsules so I wouldn't worry about it. Positive: having these in blister packs rather than plastic bottles is nice because it cuts down on oxidization and waste.

This works for me. I read some of the other reviews. I drank a lot of water, but I also ate more vegetables and did not eat refined sugar. I also limited myself to one cup of coffee per day with almond milk. I lost 3 lbs.
