Our soup kitchen uses this coffee pot five days a week to provide hot coffee for our guests and it works wonderfully. It's easy to use and keeps the coffee hot. When we had a small issue with the heating element, customer service was quick to respond and take care of us. Great machine and a great company.

I purchased the SYBO SR-CP Commercial Grade Coffee Maker for large gatherings and it has exceeded my expectations. The stainless steel build feels very durable and professional, and it brews coffee surprisingly fast while keeping it hot for hours. The spout works smoothly without dripping, and cleanup is simple after use.

I ordered the SYBO SR-CP-100B coffee maker for an event and it worked out very good. There was about 60 people and it was able to serve every one and still had coffee left. It's very simple to setup and the coffee heats up quickly and keeps hot. I would recommend this coffee machine for an event. It's worth the money. I used McDonald's coffee grounds and the grounds remained in the basket no filter needed. It also looks nice.

This item had a ton of manufacturer's oil in it, and cleaning it with a vinegar solution didn't help it any - when cleaning in crevices, lots of black stuff came off onto my cleaning cloth. It took a while to eventually get that out, but the heating element in this thing chaffes - and lets off this black stuff that looks like soot. That gets into the water and can't be good for a person. After scrubbing it all off, it comes back again with the next use. Additionally, I just got this yesterday and there are already rust stains forming on the bottom of it, and that was just after heating water in it before use. Additionally, there is some kind of soot that forms on the heating element where the percolator stem sits. So I cleaned it out again - thought I got all the "soot" out - filled it up, ran it thru another cycle - emptied it - more soot. Third time - same thing. I'm not a happy customer right now. This is touted to be stainless steel yet it's already rusting out,, and I don't know what the heating element is made of but that sooty stuff is exposed to the water, and that can't be good for a person. If I could give this thing zero stars, I surely would.

We use this as a spare hot water urn, I can’t say how well it’s lasting as of now because we don’t use often enough but will update on that. It does not show measurement on the outside that tells you how much water is left. It does feel a little hot to the touch so probably not as thick of a metal. Otherwise this suits our needs for the price

Unfortunately, it was outside of Amazon’s return window by the time the problem appeared. However, when I reached out directly to SYBO, their customer support team was outstanding. They responded quickly, were very easy to work with, and immediately arranged to send a replacement unit. It’s clear they stand behind their product and care about their customers, which means a lot—especially for organizations like ours that rely on dependable equipment. Overall, a good product backed by excellent customer service.

The SYBO SR-CP35C Commercial Grade Stainless Steel Percolator has been a great addition to my kitchen. It’s compact enough to fit under my upper cabinets, heats up quickly, and keeps liquid hot for hours—36+ hours straight. The unit I purchased in January 2025 lasted about 9 months with consistent use (on for a couple of days every week) before it stopped working. While I was disappointed at first, SYBO advertises a 2-year warranty, so I contacted them directly. Their customer service was excellent—friendly, responsive, and they shipped me a replacement right away with no hassle. Overall, I’m very pleased with both the performance of this urn and the company behind it. It’s a dependable product backed by great support, and I highly recommend it.

They have to stop using product descriptions for all sizes when not accurate for all models!! 30 cup version does not "keep warm". It just keeps boiling. Doesn't stop percolating. 30 cup size does not have indicator light for ready. On or off only. Permanently attached cord, awkward for moving, filling etc. Totally useless product in my opinion. Other sizes may work but stay away from this cheap version.
