These are really cute. May be a bit small, but since they have a velcro closure you can put 2 together. Very reasonable quality for the price. Better than some of the others.

Used these for a birthday party on a party bus. The elastic waist is quality made. People of all sizes wore these and they fit everyone. The Velcro holds up very well. No issues and the skirts held together the entire night (5 hours).

These are very short made for little girls. I would say up to about five or six years old quite petite.. They’d be perfect for a birthday party that has a Hawaiian or luau theme. They are delicate so I would suggest you’d be very careful. Stretching them over a child’s body. They are one time play date treat this is made out of cellophane, not fabric.

Purchased for Hula Hawaiian Day at school. Staff and students loved these. I was asked multiple times wete I purchased as these came with velcro expandable waist closures. One size did fit all! And was easy to remove and put back on due to the velcro. High plus for that!!!

These skirts are very small, even smaller that advertised measurements, and the grass is very sparse. You can stretch the elastic to fit a larger waist which just makes the grass look even sparser. I would not recommend unless your are buying for children.
