I have a lot of scarring on the back of my head that makes shaving with razors and clippers very difficult. I tried with the clippers anyway and it looked a hot mess. Even though the warning says not to use it on freshly shaven heads, I tried it anyway because I had to go to work the next day and couldn't wait. I tested the product on a spot for the suggested 4mins, and no hair was removed. I applied to my whole head and waited 5-7mins...when I say my head was SMOOTH. No hair at all remained. Did it burn? Not really. It was starting to get a little warm, and that's when I washed it off. My head stayed the same amount of warmth for about 30-45mins and then I started feeling the coldness from not having hair for the 1st time. The smell wasn't bad. It was like a deluded Nair. If you've smelled the normal Magic Shave and are hesitant, do not be afraid to try this. It doesn't smell like that at all. My head stayed smooth for about 2 days before it started growing back, which was longer than I expected because my hair grows FAST (well, where hair still grows at least...). Would I try this again? Absolutely. It worked so well. It didn't hurt. It didn't stink to high heck. It was no work at all. I wish they had an industrial sized bottle of this.

I don't know why b**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Finally found something that works for me** I've always dealt with razor bumps, especially on my face and neck, so I decided to give this a try instead of shaving as often. I wasn't expecting miracles, but I was honestly surprised by how well it worked. The cream was easy to apply, and after following the directions, my facial hair came off without having to scrape my skin with a razor. My skin felt smooth, and the biggest difference was that I didn't end up with the irritation and bumps I usually get after shaving. The smell isn't amazing, but it's nowhere near bad enough to be a dealbreaker, especially considering the results. I also appreciate that a little goes a long way, so one tube lasts a while. This has become part of my grooming routine, and I'll definitely be buying it again. If you're someone who struggles with razor bumps or just wants a break from shaving every day, I'd recommend giving this a shot.

I bought this product looking for something that could give me a cleaner look than shaving at an affordable price. In my experience, this product accomplished nothing. As directed on the bottle, I tried a small spot test on my arm. My arms are particularly hairy, so when I saw nothing happen, I made the presumption I hadn't used enough of the product. I attempted to use the product on my face the next day, after no irritation from the spot test. I kept the cream on for the maximum time listed on the bottle (7 minutes). I applied what I felt was a liberal amount across my face, and I can honestly say I did not see even one hair on the damp towel I used to wipe my face with. I do, however, have redness and irritation on the areas of my face with less dense hair growth. I did notice one or two small stubble hairs falling out when I rubbed my face later in the day, but that is not enough for me to consider this an effective product. I did some extra research, and found some people saying they found better results keeping the cream on for longer than recommended (some saying for as long as 15-20 minutes)! Given the irritation even just 7 minutes managed to cause, I'm not willing to attempt this. If you're genuinely unable to shave your face, I truly doubt this product is going to help you look presentable within the bounds of the bottle's guidelines. I personally am much more likely to look into a mix of shaving + an IPL device at some point in the future. I was really hoping this product would be the start of a new journey for me, but it was far from that.

Really should be a 1-star review but I don't want the product stats to tank. I used this and 3 other hair removal products. This is the only one that did not work. I tried it twice and left on only even longer than the maximum recommended time. Very little hair removed.

I brought this because I seen it on TikTok I didn’t know how good my skin will take it but yesterday I used it for the first time and when I say this stuff is amazing it is amazing. The only thing is is that when you do apply it you do get that cool gel filling it’s no tingling no smell it gets anll the hairs off all at one time this product is so amazing. I will be ordering this again., I would love to review more products from this company

My title will probably make sense by the end of this review. I’ve shaved my head various means and methods for about 15 years. I’ve used straight blades, clippers, head, shavers that are electric and everything else. From time to time, I get irritation on the back of my neck that is caused by regular shaving every few days. Picked this stuff up and went through extremely methodical tests. First, I tried a small quarter patch on my torso where there was hair. No allergic reaction. Then tried it on the back of my head behind my ear with a small patch. No issues. Then, tried it for about four minutes and unfortunately, didn’t see any results. Decided to give it a few days and let the hair really grow in so I could understand what was happening. Did it again, and left it for six minutes. It works in taking off the hair, but I would highly recommend getting an extremely soft sponge or something, not a washcloth to take it off. Additionally, there were a few light chemical burns, because I had gone higher and the time, but not to the maximum. So, the problems that I see with this stuff is that nobody really knows what the pH of their skin is before they try something like this out. Therefore, redness and burning could end up resulting. I ended up getting a red patch on each side of my head and I am going to need to recover for a few days. I don’t think I’d try this again, partly because it just seems like a lot of guess work and then you pay the price when you have guessed wrong. Additionally, I feel like my pee and my stool smells like the stuff afterward, so I think your pores definitely absorb the chemicals. I don’t think I would want to use that in the long-term.

Just hope everyone knows this is the re-formulated gentle upgrade! I did get a tingle and would recommend a patch test first. You’ll notice it because I’ve had ‘the burn’ before from this product . That was because I used regular one time and left it on too long another. I would recommend good skin care choices and maybe even (red-light) which will aid in repairing fragile post procedure skin.
