Packung geöffnet und festgestellt, das weder das auf der Verpackung angegebene Cuttermesser noch der Spatel sowie eine Gebrauchsanleitung vorhanden waren.. Obendrein nochbein Knick in der Folie der das ordentliche Anbringen unmöglich machte. Eine Erstattung wäre toll gewesen. Leider keine Möglichkeit gefunden diese zu beantragen....
