Cold is solid, the hot is HOT for a LONG time.
I’ve used the spray version of the cold cryoderm for a few years and decided to try the heat one. OH MY LORD it’s hot and STAYS hot for HOURS ON HOURS. Another user review mentioned not using before bed and washing it off after a while and I whole heartedly agree. I’m nearly 24 hours later and still feel it on my knees. It feels nice but not under clothes or sheets.

Cryoderm Cold and Heat Therapy Roll-ons
I tried both the Cryoderm Cold Therapy and Heat Therapy gel roll-ons. The Cold Therapy is amazing! It really helped relieve my pain, and I’m very happy with how well it works. I would definitely purchase the Cold Therapy again. The Heat Therapy, however, wasn’t as comfortable to me. It gets very hot and stays hot for quite a long time, which I found a little too intense.

Cold=good but a lemon, Hot=feel nothing.
I've purchased the cold Cryoderm before this double version and it worked amazingly but this one seems like it's a bit weaker for some reason. Maybe it was in a hot warehouse for a long time or something. It still works but it's just slightly less strong.I was nervous to try the heated Cryoderm because of some mixed reviews about it burning. I finally decided to try it because sometimes you need heat on your painful areas instead of cold.I really don't notice much of anything at all. It's really weak with only a faint of coldness like the cold roller which is strange since it's the hot roller. My boyfriend said he could feel some warmth after about 20 minutes but it wasn't very strong. I really did try it multiple times but no hear was felt in my end and the cool wetness went away quickly.The ingredients are different and it smells different from the cold cryoderm but it doesn't do much. I'm pretty disappointed. Maybe I got a bad batch. I should have contacted the seller about an exchange but I wanted to hold onto the cold one cuz I use it all the time.Anyway, I love cold Cryoderm (just think this one was a lemon) but can't say much for the heated one since I felt basically nothing when using it.
