I have been struggling with PCOS since I was a teen. I’m a 39 year old female, I have terrible symptoms such as weight gain, acne, dark patches on skin from hormone imbalance and hirsutism (male-pattern hair growth), particularly on my upper lip and chin. The coarse, black hair recently started spreading toward my cheeks and sprouting UNDER my chin. I did some research on these and people actually use it to also help with ptsd and depression as well as anxiety. I have anxiety and ptsd. My body also doesn't make progesterone and I gotta tell you it makes me feel relaxed and sleepy like the synthetic progesterone my doc put me on so I could keep my son. I used to have panic attacks so bad I would end up in the hospital and anxiety so bad I would chew my finger tips and rip the inside of my mouth apart until it was bloody. Since taking this my periods aren't killing me I can skip the pain meds. No panic attacks. Anxiety is better. I still chew on my nails but Im not digging in. I used to have ptsd flash backs and feel traumatized every day by my own memory playing in my head over and over again and now my brain is quiet. I feel more loving people. My emotions aren't in a high pitched rollercoaster anymore. I still cry when Im happy tho but I believe thats just the state my heart goes into when I feel blessed. And having had a hard life, those are often. I recommend these for anyone that feels something is off in their body. I tried to hunt down with docs etc to find out what was wrong with me and why I couldn't have kids and it took me 5 years to get to this point. Listen to your gut. This stuff will help.

I bought this feeling extremely skeptical. But let me tell you, it’s been about 3 weeks and I am noticing my appetite has been less intense, I’m not getting hunger pains in between meals, and my sugar cravings are down. To be honest I’m not sure if this is what’s helping me or this tea I’ve been drinking but I am going to keep taking it hoping it will also help with hormones in the long run. They are not fun to take (4 kinda big pills) but it is worth it. I will write a follow up review if I notice more changes later on.

This product is great, have been using it for my PCOS for over a year and its helped. My only gripe with this product is that the number of capsules within the bottles are not always accurate. I take 4 capsules at night and often at the end of the bottle I am left with only 2 to 3 capsules when it should be a full serving (4). This has happened 3 times, out of the 5-6 times I have purchased this. So while, the product is great, quantity control is lacking.

These helped my cycles become regular after years of it not being so. I was also able to get pregnant after only 3months of trying. I use this brand and the SM nutrition brand and both are high quality.

After doing a ton of research and months of trial and error to correct a hormonal imbalance I stumbled upon Myo-Inositol and D-chiro Inositol. This stuff has completely changed my life and made all the symptoms I was experiencing diminish greatly. After many many weeks of trial and error I figured out that 3 pills in the evening seem to be the best for me. I was able to use this to replace the spearmint I was taking which terribly upset my stomach and had very little effect unless I took very large doses. This brand has 2050mg and a 40:1 ratio. Every other brand I've found with this potency is a good 25% more expensive. Looking forward to saving some money on a new brand that is even more powerful. Thanks Simple-Organics!

I have struggled with PCOS my entire adult life. Recently decided to really tackle some of the root causes. I lost 25 lbs and then hit a plateau and have been stuck at the same weight for 6 weeks. So I decided to give this a try. Effects I've seen this far (I started at the beginning of my cycle, which typically runs anywhere from 35 to 45 days): 1. Energy levels are wayyyyyy up 2. I am sleeping well. Very deep sleep and waking up with energy 3. Slight decrease of facial hair. Growing slower than usual 4. And shockingly today is day 26 of my cycle and I'm already spotting! I was shocked not only because that's a super short cycle, but I also didnt have the debilitating cramps and PMS for days before. I've been having PCOS-like symptoms since my cycle return after having my child two years ago. Painful ovulation, heavy and painful periods, increase in facial hair growth, weight gain, mood swings throughout my cycle. I was also experiencing my blood sugar dropping almost instantly when I was starting to get hungry. Even though my periods are regular, these symptoms were very uncomfortable. I was also ovulating very late in my cycle (about 1 week before my period would start). I was told by a doctor that my painful and heavy periods were normal after having a C-section. I did notice a subtle difference right away (a much better mood!) But to really see changes, it took a couple months (which is what I had read to expect). After two months I decided to start taking this supplement that include the d-chiro. I take two capsules at night and one in the morning. I am finally feeling comfortable throughout my cycle and my symptoms are much more comfortable. Ovulation is no longer painful. Bleeding isn't nearly as heavy. My period doesn't drag on forever anymore. And my blood sugar doesn't drop the second I get hungry. I recommend trying this if you're struggling with these symptoms also!

Bought this to help with fertility, although I haven't fallen pregnant YET... The bonus is I now have lighter periods with much less pain. My ovaries do not ache on a daily basis too. Very impressed. Thank you

Good product at a competitive price. (Comparatively) My only complaint is the sellers limit whereby you can only purchase one bottle at a time. shipping costs to Australia are almost equal to the value of the product so it would be preferable to be able to stock up on more than one.
