The perfect blackhead product
Cosrx has quickly become by far my favorite skincare brand. I tried this product to replace Paula’s Choice BHA, and this instantly started clearing up my skin that other products did not help. This has quickly become a staple of my skincare routine, and I will be getting more.

Clears Pores and Smooths Skin!
This Liquid really works! It helps clean out pores, reduce blackheads, and smooth rough texture without drying my skin. I use it 2–3 times a week and have noticed smaller-looking pores and clearer skin. The formula is gentle but effective — perfect for oily or combination skin. Definitely a must-have in any skincare routine! ✨🖤

BHA + Benzoyl Peroxide + AHA = Clear skin (long detailed review)
This may sound strange, but I don't get blackheads. My pores are oily and congested, so most of my breakouts are whiteheads, or just small red bumps near the surface of my skin. So this product wasn't really at the top of my "must try" list. However, after my skin began flaring up this past summer and my usual Acne.org 16 oz. Treatment (2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide) didn't appear to be working on its own, I started doing lots of research on acne products in hopes of finally getting my skin under control. First thing you should know, this product is a chemical exfoliant because it contains beta hydroxy acid (BHA). BHAs are good at getting deep into your pores and clearing out old sebum and dead skin. The most commonly known BHA is salicylic acid, which is found in most North American acne products (and has never worked for me when used on its own). However, instead of being formulated with salicylic acid, the Coxrx Blackhead Power Liquid uses betaine salicylate, which is apparently a gentler BHA and more suitable for sensitive skin. I’ve been using this product every night for the past 8 weeks and I’ve had no issues with it…it goes on easily and doesn’t burn or make my skin feel tight, in fact, it doesn't feel like I have anything on my skin. Lastly, lots of different skincare blogs/message boards agree that after you’ve applied a chemical exfoliant, you should leave it on your skin for at least 20 minutes (or longer) in order to give it time to work on your skin. Apparently this has to do with the various pH levels of skincare products…I’m not an expert, but I’ve been following those general guidelines and leaving the Cosrx Blackhead Power Liquid on my skin for a minimum of 20 minutes before applying anything else and it seems to be working for me. (The wait time is also why I’ve been applying it at night and not in the morning, but you can apply it whenever) The second product I’ve been using in conjunction with Cosrx Blackhead Power Liquid is Acne.org 16 oz. Treatment (2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide) . Benzoyl peroxide works by killing acne causing bacteria. I've been using the Acne.org benzyol peroxide gel on and off for years (another well-known brand is Paula’s Choice). The gel has a lower level of benzoyl peroxide (2.5%) which means it is gentle enough to use on a daily basis. Overall it has worked at keeping my acne under control, however, a few months ago it stopped being as effective. I decided to combine the two products together since the BHA’s clean deep within the pores and remove dead skin and sebum, while benzoyl peroxide kills acne causing bacteria. After the first day of trying this routine my acne had already begun to clear up and fade. Within a week my skin was noticeably clearer. After 8 weeks of consistent use my skin is almost totally clear. The biggest change I’ve notice is that my pores are less clogged and congested and do appear smaller. I do occasionally get hormonal acne, but as long as I leave it alone and follow the routine, it clears up quickly. Lastly, about a week ago I began incorporating Alpha Hydrox AHA Enhanced Creme, Anti-Wrinkle Exfoliant - 2 oz to cap off my nighttime routine. Like BHA's, alpha hydroxy acids (AHA's) are chemical exfoliants that exfoliate the upper layers of your skin, which in turn reduces active acne, improves skin texture, and brightens skin. Once I started adding the AHA moisturizer to my nighttime routine my old acne scars began to lighten and fade, and my skin felt smoother. You can totally skip this part and just use a regular moisturizer, but I felt that it took my skin to the next level. So here is a breakdown of the skincare regime I've been using for the past 8 weeks as well as some of the products I have been using: Night 1. Remove makeup. ( Bioderma Sensibio H2O Micelle for Sensitive Skin 500 ml.,pack 2 ). 2. Wash face with a gentle cleanser and warm water. ( Cosrx Low Ph Good Morning Gel Cleanser 150ml ) 3. Gently pat skin dry with clean towel. Wait a few minutes for skin to get totally dry. 4. Apply the Corsx Blackhead Power Liquid to my skin (I use my fingers to apply). Wait 20-30 minutes to allow it to absorb. 5. Apply Acne.org Benzoyl Peroxide gel to my skin. (The amount you use varies depending on your skin sensitivity. I found that I don't need too much when I use it with the BHA). Wait 5-10 minutes for it to absorb into skin. 6. Apply moisturizer. ( Alpha Hydrox AHA Enhanced Creme, Anti-Wrinkle Exfoliant - 2 oz or Olay Complete All Day Moisturizer with Broad Spectrum SPF 15 Sensitive, 6.0 fl oz (Pack of 2) ) Morning 1. Cleanse skin with cleanser and warm water. Gently pat skin dry skin with a clean towel. 2. Apply benzoyl peroxide gel as a spot treatment to any active pimples. Wait 5 minutes to allow it to absorb. 3. Apply moisturizer. ( Olay Complete All Day Moisturizer With Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 15 - Sensitive, 4 fl. Oz. ) 4. Apply Sunscreen. ( La Roche-Posay Anthelios 60 Ultra-Light Facial Sunscreen Fluid, Water Resistant with SPF 60, 1.7 Fl. Oz. ) A few notes- *If you're going to use any chemical exfoliants (or benzoyl peroxide) you absolutely MUST USE SUNSCREEN EVERYDAY. All of these products make your skin more sensitive to the sun and increase the risk of sunburn! So make sure you're using a good sunscreen. *If you're new to chemical exfoliants start slow. Maybe applying them every other night. My skin can handle nightly use, but proceed with caution. *If you've never used benzoyl peroxide before, start with a very small amount. It can dry your skin out, causing redness and irritation when you first start using it. *DO NOT pick at your skin! I know this is a tough one (especially if you have active acne), but it's important to leave your skin alone.

Complete Blackhead LIFESAVER
I have super oily skin and blackheads like crazy. Well, I mean I used to have blackheads like crazy. Now, I use this stuff and my skin looks awesome. It's seriously one of my favorite skin-care products of all time and I can't live without it now. Basically, the liquid sinks into your skin and digs out the gross, clogged up oil in your pores and purges it out. It takes faithful, constant use for complete blackhead eradication, but if you've got really dilated, clogged pores, you will probably see some results immediately. I sure did. I use this once a day after cleansing (usually at night-time so my skin can purge without ruining my makeup). Two pumps is enough for pretty much my whole face. I rub it in a little, but then I let the rest sink in on its own. I leave it for a couple hours and then come back and clean away the purged oil which keeps my skin from getting too irritated from the excess oil everywhere. (You'll see lots of shiny spots on top of where your blackheads are - that means it's working!!) Then I continue with the rest of my routine. Keep in Mind: 1. Your skin has to be the right pH balance for BHA (Salicylic Acid) to work. So that means don't expect to get good results if you use it right after an alkaline cleanser or after a very acidic product like a vitamin C serum (it says on the directions not to use a Vit C and a BHA together anyway). Let your skin return to a normal pH before you use it and let it sink in before you apply anything else. 2. USE SUNSCREEN. For the love of god, please use sunscreen. Salicylic Acid makes your skin photosensitive, and I don't care how well you normally tan - you WILL burn if you go out into the sun using this product, which just gives you more skin problems to worry about. There are plenty of sunscreens out there (Currently I use the Japanese Biore Milk Sunscreen) so find a good one that you like FIRST, and THEN use the BHA. All in all, I love this stuff. It's incredibly effective, but it's also super gentle on my sensitive skin. I have no idea what I did before this, but I am never going back.

Feels nice but don't see change
Feels nice and makes me skin glow. But I've tried it off and on for a year now and it's never cleared anything. If anything it bring all my blackheads to the surface. But doesn't stop them. And my acne almost feels worse. But I'm still trying it cause it does feel nice.

White heads go bye bye
I was a little skeptical to how long it would take to see results for clearing my skin. I had got it because I was getting lots of whiteheads all over my face, and this quickly stopped all of them.
