Why does your coffee pot break so easily? Can you do something about this? Have you seen how many complaints you have about the same thing?

this is my 2nd broken carafe after spending over $40 having to buy two separate machines. there’s no replacement carafe i can find. they break too easily and are just very fragile.

Is this a 4 or 6 cup? Picture shows 6 but description says 4??
