AMAZING AND HOLDS A CHARGE!
Iโm not paid for reviews and Iโm vicious. I believe that 90% of what we purchase with disposable income. For business I do everything on a laptop. I needed a remote mouse and keyboard. I couldnโt have it taking up two ports so I bought the only clever combo here. When I got it, it worked amazingly off the bat. I love that it came with a cover over the keyboard as well. I love how sleek it is, how sharp the lines are and I donโt have to press hard on the keys at all. In fact, the keys are exceptionally quiet. After five weeks, the mouse quit working. I reached out to customer support and advise, said I could no longer return this to Amazon, and I wanted their help. Well, let me tell you, I have never had better Customer Service! Not only did they reach out quickly, they were apologetic, sent me another mouse (which also didnโt work) and they were empathetic over my issues because this was for work. They gave me a credit for the mouse that didnโt work. And always stayed in communication. I had one person, Rachel, with him to deal. She was amazing! When I advise, the second mouse wasnโt working, I asked them to just send me another unit the whole thing. They were apologetic and said absolutely. Well to my chagrin, I have to email them back and say itโs user error! I offered to give back the credit and send the extra mouse back at my cost. They elected to bypass both. I cannot say enough about the customer service and the quality of this item both! Thank you Rachel for all of your hard work!!

Great Value in a 100% Stable Keyboard
I use my Macbook Pro in a personal recording studio, and I push it hard: four external RAID drives, three computer keyboards at the mix/vocal iso booth/MIDI keyboards station, four monitors, 15 USB devices connected to 4 hubs, etc. It became clear to me that the overall load (despite powered hubs) was compromising Bluetooth stability. So I turned to USB over wifi for the secondary keyboards and mice. This keyboard is excellent. The tactile feel is distinctly mac and the (quiet) keys actually have a little more travel then my Apple Magic Keyboard at the mix postion, which I like ; the functional differences between an Apple MK are trivial; the build is solid; and the battery life is more than reasonable and quickly replenished. The mouse is average but for my purposes quite adequate, as this keyboard is at the MIDI station and I'm not mixing or editing there. If you need a really great mouse for intensive use, don't expect that here. So, overall, I'd give it 95% of a MK setup at less than 30% of the price, and the real payoff is this: 100% stability. Bluetooth has never been a go-to technology; it's a reasonable solution for non-critical applications. That's a nice way of saying, don't depend on Bluetooth for anything that really matters. This keyboard and mouse have not glitched even once since I configured it. That's worth its weight in gold, and very little gold was required for this solution. I recommend it strongly with only the caveat that I hope to still feel that way in a year or two. But if it lasts that long, I'll happily venture another thirty bucks again. Hmm...perhaps I should snag another one now, just in case ;-)

1 year of experience with iClever, Trust Me And Get This Keyboard!
I've put this review off for far too long. Not only is this the best keyboard you could possibly get for the price but customer service is EXCEPTIONAL! I'll tell you why at the end but let me tell you why I love this keyboard and mouse. Pros: 1. Extra long battery life, I use daily and more than the average user and can go weeks without a charge I sometimes forget it even needs it. 2. Super smooth keys and not clunky with a premium feel. 3. The mouse use two AA batteries versus an integrated battery, the advantage here is the life of the mouse will go on forever, and if you've had the rechargeable mouse before then you know how quickly those run out out charge. 4. Stays connected to the PC with no noticeable lag, with great precision. 5. The mouse is low profile and so much more comfortable for your wrist especially during extended use. 6. I'm messy so I love the keyboard protector that is included. 7. Best for last is customer service!! I bought this keyboard a year ago and it has worked non stop flawlessly up until last week something went wrong and it started acting possessed. Inputting keys on its own etc. Normally I would have just bought another replacement but I reached out to customer service to see if it could be repaired since I have enjoyed it so much. They responded quickly with the initla email containing tips to troubleshoot and if unsuccessful reply back. Well I couldn't fix the glitch and emailed them back. Lydia quickly responded with no hesitation asked for my address and a new one showed up on Saturday. Not only that she emailed again tonight just to follow up and make sure I was taken care of!!! It's truly hard to find a company these days that actually wants to fix the problem and make their customers happy. So my advice is to get this keyboard set because you have absolutely nothing to lose and it's worth every penny and more. This is my opinion and I was not paid or requested to write this review. I just think they deserve it. :) God bless

Lasted just over 2 years
I've had several wireless keyboard and mouse combos but this was the first rechargeable one. Pros 1. No need for batteries 2. Quiet 3. Silicone keyboard cover included 4. Charges quickly 5. Charge lasts for a week or more (I work from home so it's used for 8 to 10 hours a day 5 days a week) Cons 1. Sometimes there is a lag (this happens with wireless items) 2. Cannot purchase a replacement silicone cover (it wears out after about 6 months) I've seen some negative reviews but I purchased the first one in December 2022 and ordered this one March 2025 so it does last about the same as other keyboards. I recommend this keyboard if you want a quiet, wireless, rechargeable keyboard that is reasonably priced.

Effortless setup: works flawlessly with my iPad
My wife recently gave me the iClever GK03 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo for my birthday. I chose this combination after researching various options so I could use my iPad for work-related writing. This would free me from the tyranny of having to work in my office so much due to COVID-19 and never-ending Zoom meetings. After charging the keyboard and adding batteries to the mouse, the GK03 Combo connected immediately to my iPad after plugging the provided dongle into a lightning to USB adapter. No waiting for the combo to be discovered. No adjustments to the iPad system. Immediate. I started typing on my iPad. The feel of the keys was as smooth and responsive as any Bluetooth keyboard Iโd used previously. Fast response. No dropped keys. Everything was perfect, untilโฆ โฆUntil I tried typing the single quote. Nothing. Instead of typing โdonโtโ my copy said โdon t.โ I tried every key and found the same problem with four other keys. I contacted iClever with my problem, not expecting a response. I was very pleasantly surprised when I heard quickly from Leslie of the Customer Satisfaction Team. iCleverโs solution wasnโt having me run through diagnostics or trying different options. No, their solution was to send me a replacement keyboard by two-day delivery. After setting the new keyboard up (as easy as before), it works perfectly. So perfectly, in fact, that Iโm typing this review on my new, spiffy iClever keyboard. Iโm glad I chose the GK03 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo, even with the slight problem. Many products of all types are similar in look, feel, and quality. What ultimately distinguishes one such product from others is how firmly behind the product the company stands and how quickly they step up to make things right when there are problems. iClever has gained my loyalty because of their good products and even better service.

Be sure you order NEW instead of used!
I discovered after ordering this product that I inadvertently ordered a used โmintโ version instead of brand new. Unfortunately it did not come with everything needed to operate the keyboard and mouse. The dongle was missing as was the charging cable, so Iโm sending it back for a refund. Even if it came with those parts, I would still return it because I donโt particularly care for the mouse due to its low profile. I need something larger. I did like the keyboard though and will shop the iclever store to see about ordering just the keyboard.

Really happy I ended up buying this one
I had originally ordered a different wireless keyboard and mouse set very similar in appearance to this one but ended up cancelling that order and going with this one. I'm so happy I did! This ended up being perfect. The keyboard is rechargeable via USB and the mouse takes 2 AAA batteries (not a big deal, and you can still buy rechargeable AAAs too if you want). It's a really beautiful set. I saw some reviews of people saying their's didn't come with the USB stick for the mouse... it actually ships INSIDE the mouse, flip it over and open up the storage compartment for it - it's to help you avoid losing the USB piece. The keyboard does NOT need to be hooked up with the USB cord for it to use it - the USB stick handles BOTH devices. The cord is to charge the keyboard. It comes with a dust/spill cover and it's very nice quality. I like the grip it gives when typing - without it the keys feel smooth and kinda slick (as with all flat keyboards). So it's all up to preference but with the cover you also get complete spill and dust protection so that is something to consider. I bought a cover like this for my Mac years ago (that my daughter tore up or I'd still be using it) for nearly the price of this keyboard and mouse set! This one is included. The keyboard is built well and doesn't creak or flex, and looks right at home next to my Mac and Samsung display. With the cover on it also makes the keyboard insanely quiet to type on - just a satisfying "thunk" at each keypress. It's very solid and there is no doubt when you've pressed a key while not being hard to type on either. The mouse is soooo nice! See the attached close up photo. All of the edges are smoothly rounded making it feel very nice under your hand, solidly built, completely SILENT click that feels wonderful, smooth scroll wheel, and a very handy adjustable DPI button (3 settings, click to toggle through them). I like the less sensitive setting, personally. The mouse is super smooth on the screen and feels great to use - especially if you've used nice Mac mic before. It's a bit smaller than a dedicated gaming mouse and of course doesn't include side buttons, if you are into playing games that may be something to consider, but for the majority of people that won't be an issue. For general computer use, graphics, browsing, or any besides gaming there is zero downside. I do coding, graphic design, and audio and video editing and this is perfect for me. This is a great mouse! No complaints. It looks and feels very expensive and high quality but the price sure wasn't. :)

Would not buy again
UPDATE: After using this for 3 months, I have decided to lower my rating for the following two issues: the keyboard connection drops randomly, which results in a key press not showing up on screen, so you type the letter again and then the connection resumes and you end up with 2 of the same letter, which you then have to delete. It doesn't seem related to low battery or predictable in any way. It happens intermittently, but often enough that it is noticeable over time and annoying. (It happened twice while I have been typing this update to the review). The other issue is that on rare occasion I need to left click-hold and use the scroll wheel at the same time, and the inexpensive nature of the build of the mouse does not result in a very smooth experience performing this action. Not really a big issue on it's own. But, my opinion now, if you were to ask me if I would purchase this combo again, I would not. --- ORIGINAL: I wanted the sleek look of the 'magic' keyboard & mouse to go with my new Mac, but didn't want to pay nearly three bills. This iClever keyboard/mouse combo for 1/10th the price is good enough where it counts and (for me) doesn't have any dealbreaker issues. Overall aesthetically pleasing, of course the build quality and materials do not match the expensive version; the mouse feels pretty plasticy and hollow, but the typing, mouse response and ergonomics are all satisfactory. Note: I don't game but I do work in a creative field, so I do require reasonably good performing hardware. The USB C charging is convenient and lasts weeks. And the port is smartly located so you can still use the devices while they are charging. A nice feature is that the keys have labels for windows & mac. The biggest cons are that the keyboard is not backlit, nor has a finger print reader. Also, I notice in Chrome my first keyboard press sometimes doesn't take, but then appears after I repeat the stroke, forcing me to back track to erase the extra letter. Not sure what's up with that, if it's just when the battery is low or what; will keep an eye on it. For now, I give it thumbs up. For the price it looks great, no major flaws and does the job.
