I had the pull-string wrapped around my hand and it was impossible to pull. Then the little light bulb went off and I figured it out. Using the T-handle (be sure to wrap the string around the handle a few times, otherwise the string will be too long), it’s easy-peasy. Do not use the loop to pull this through, it will rip off. Be careful of the copper brush points when grabbing the snake to pull it through. **Q: How do you clean it? After using it a while, it's bound to get pretty nasty.
