i believe that it is--otherwise i think that Velveeta could be sued or have other legal actions taken against them for misleading the public. As far as an answer to your expiration date question--that date information should be either stamped on or imprinted into the outside of the box itself. hope this helps!!!

Did anyone else get their cheese delivered moldy? They won't allow me to post a "negative" review.

No, I had no problems with the Velveeta cheese I received as far as moldy, but I did post a comment about the price charged compared to store prices. And that posting was pulled, saying that was a negative review. So much for free speech with Amazon. I will be buying less from Amazon, since they decided to raise the amount charged for Free shipping from $25 to $35. There loss. I guess this is a negative review.

Mac and cheese, just as tasty as the original!

Absolutely amazing. I made velveeta Mac and cheese, the same way my mother used to make it. With some sautéed onions, a roux and melted velveeta. Some breadcrumbs on top before baking! I wasn’t sure about how it would turn out, as I’ve always used the orange version. I wasn’t sure worried this would be bland. It was very flavourful! Definitely worth the money and I will be purchasing again!

Love This Cheese

My go-to cheese for everything. I have the Velveta plastic container made just for this cheese and I keep it filled in the fridge. Taste- perfect! Texture-cuts easily. Value- can’t beat it. Color- white like the name. Longevity- hard to say because it doesn’t stay around long enough to test. I really should have this cheese on subscription order.

Good Velveeta, not sure of the difference.

Unlike the regular Velveeta cheese product, this is white! Tastes almost the same, but I thought it was missing something in the flavor, although I could never quite figure what it was! Don't get me wrong, I like and enjoy Velveeta, and the Queso blanco does lend itself to eggs, and probably other foods that do not need the Velveeta yellow to distract the consumer! I did like it.

This stuff can be a lot more expensive than real cheese at my local stores. As a cheese substitute WTH. It's great to cook with especially if you mix it with real cheese. Adds liquid goo!
