e.l.f. Retractable Kabuki Brush

Great kabuki brush, and because it has a cover, it works perfectly for travel, too. Have used this product for years and the quality has been the same each time it’s been replaced. Definitely recommend it.

I actually do not use this for make up. I use it for dusting off my keyboard. It’s compact and you can close it up when you don’t need it so it slips in my office organizer really well instead of having one of those big keyboard brushes.

I am kicking myself for ever feeling like I needed to spend a lot of money on brushes. I used to use Bare Minerals and had problems with their brushes shedding hairs (which is insane for how expensive they are). I also bought a Smashbox brush a while ago that adjusts for the coverage level of powder you want, which seemed genius at the time, but it's actually kind of silly. You can get the same effect from just squeezing any brush's bristles together. And you can definitely get the same effect using this e.l.f. brush! This brush is soft, does not shed at ALL, and applies powder foundation brilliantly. Plus, with the cap, it can be thrown in your purse or makeup bag without getting dirty. I love everything about this brush, and about e.l.f. in general for creating quality products at an affordable price.

I love the size and that It retracts. My one complaint is that I feel it might be a little too dense for what I need. I'll be able to use it for something, though.

I’m not a brush snob by any means and this brush does what I purchased it to do, but it’s not something to be impressed by. I needed a retractable brush for my car since I was trying a new SPF powder for my afternoon SPF reapply. I didn’t want to invest a lot of money for something I wasn’t sold on. This brush is good for application and a light re-blend of my makeup at lunch without a worry for how to travel with it, but the bristles are scratchy and I imagine that they’ll become pokey once it’s been washed a few times. I just hope it gets me through my powder SPF trial before I completely give up on it.

The reviews had me hesitate and doubt. I almost didn't buy it. The brush is small and compact. And It retracts FULLY. And I mean fully enough to cap it . No issues with the bristles coming out or whatever. The price was low so I took a chance but I tried to cancel and they didn't. I'm so glad I got it. It's perfect for throwing in a small purse. I just love how soft it is.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this brush. It's nice and soft, and feels very nice on my skin. I load it up with powder or Blush before I go, and it fits in a small bag for a night on the town etc. when I dont want to carry my whole make-up kit. Retracts easily, and it is easy to clean. I will definitely buy it again...

Have used this product for a long time to apply stoma powder and it was time for a new one. Delighted and love the fact it’s retractable and easy to put in my travel kit.

Best brush ever for travelling purpose. I use it to apply my MAC studio fix powder, blush, bronze and even highlighter. It stays in my handbag with studio fix powder. It applies all powder products really well. Worth the price. 😍
