This device behaved weirdly. It solar charged, in the dark. But on a full charge (from being plugged in), didn't charge my cell phone...even halfway. My cell phone is 3300 mah.Very disappointing. I needed a reliable external battery. I loved almost everything about this device at first! It's a small battery. It has two super bright flashlights, that have different modes. It had everything I needed in portability and convenience! It just didn't charge correctly.Had to return it. Didn't want to. But had to.

I wanted to like it, but the power button is too hard to operate, and I cannot make the flashlight work consistently. Even after fully charging with AC, it takes a long time to recharge a device. Also, it comes with a short usb cord, but no wall plug. It’s going back.

I purchased this to use at work, my husband and I are both firefighters and sometimes are on scene for hours and hours. We don't use our phones while we are there but it's nice to be able to have it available if we need. I leave this charger in the firetruck during my shift and it keeps the charge and always works when I need it. It charges multiple devices at once and charges pretty quickly. I never use the solar power but it charges quickly from its wire. I had trouble with the first one they sent me but after notifying them they sent me a replacement and I haven't had any issues with it.

This does not work!The flashlight does not turn on.When placed in the sun, the green lights come on to say its charging.When I plug in a device, it doesnt charge. I've tried several.This was a waste of money. I feel angry with this purchase and want to know how to return it and ask for a refund. I wanted this for a road trip and now I will need to go without.

I hate that I ordered this it does not work

The charger works fine. The first time I used it on my iphone 5SE, it only able to charged 3x. At first, I thought the product was defective. After multiple charges, I realized that this product can only charged 3x on my phone before the battery was depleted. Therefore, I dont believe this is a 30KmAh charger but its more like a ~9K mAh. I used to own a 30kmAh and it charges my phone around 10x. Moreover, the solar panel is only for show. I havent successfully fully charged the item with its solar cell alone.

Solar power charging doesn’t work, it doesn’t even charge up the portable. It just keeps blinking..ALSO the battery life doesn’t last as long as it should. I should be able to charge my phone up to 6-8 times but I only get 2 full charges from it. Extremely disappointed.

It is a good charger and powerful flashlight, but is absolutely not able to charge by solar power. I've had it sitting in full sun for days without it charging. After my purchase I saw the last line about it's inability to realistically charge by solar power. I would have purchased a less bulky option had I seen that earlier.
